Bad office. Front office never sent paperwork, gave me the wrong address, made me show up early to the wrong address, and was never seen. They don't answer their phone.AVOID AVOID AVOID!

This office is extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and overbooked. An hour wait at every appointment. Sometimes nowhere to sit. My insurance contacted Dr.Cheng about my claim several times and he refused to call them back, causing a denial. He may be a good Dr, but the practice is seriously mismanaged. *This is not a Sutter facility. No Sutter facility would operate like this.

Dr. Cheng is very knowledgeable in his field. I feel at ease knowing that this doctor is board certified in his 3 specialties.

Office staff is rough around the edges and come off a bit rude and unprofessional in attires, speech and office is a mess but obviously works for them. They are efficient and loving get your needs addressed. Dr. Cheng does has a problem with being on time!!! Plan on waiting...sometimes an hour. The waiting room is HOT! dress lightly no matter how cold out. Dr. Cheng gets four stars because he changed my life after taking an ungodly amount of pills monthly for 10+ years & balanced everything out.
