Professional and friends staff.its a great campus.
Helpful staff.. very informative
This Facility is using the Covid crisis as a means to limit visitors to it's patients. It is not a matter of whether a visitor is vaccinated or not-John Muir is ONLY allowing ONE visitor per patient for the duration of the patients stay. So much for the vaccinated Family wanting to see Grandma one more time before she goes to Heaven! This policy is just a lousy excuse to limit the amopunt of work the Staff at John Muir has to do! It negates the entire idea of sharing families all under the guise of Covid. Vaccinated visitation should not be restricted!!!The emotional health of John Muirs patients or should we say CLIENTS is as much a part of treatment as any other physical type. It is being ignored for the sake of the Administration!

Went to the ER because I fell during a seizure. My hand was throbbing . The doctor just used her fingers and felt around my hand and summarily said it’s not broken. No x- ray. It is. In fact, I have a rare fracture and need surgery. Nice job.
Couldn't get in to relieve my dad. Only one person per patient per duration of stay.
Have an emergency? Do not come to this place. Worse experience ever. I came in with a child with an opening on his forehead, I waited for 2 hours and nothing. I asked for help when he started bleeding again and the nurse calmly said “I do not have beds available,” I told her I’ve been waiting for 2 hours and she said “so has everybody else.” The worse experience ever at a hospital. The lady at the front desk, Monday 8/23 at 10:50pm, when I asked for help she gave me such an attitude telling me to wait. I told her, “don’t give me such an attitude because I do not need that right now.” i complained to security how b*tchy the receptionist was and she apologized for it. Anyway, I left the hospital without getting any help and went to another hospital that would help us. Do not come here, please, do yourself a favor.
The front desk didn’t care about my pain the spoke to me disrespectfully when I was asking for help never going to return to this E R
Love that they had urgent care when i needed it and also that they were quick and professional! Will go back here when i need to next time!
I had an ablation done on July 2, 2021. I cannot say enough about my Dr. Carlton Nibley & the entire medical staff at John Muir Health Center. Medical staff who were assigned to care for me were outstanding, professional, tentative, caring & upbeat, quick to respond to my needs. Thank you everyone, you’re the best💕

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
