the front desk staff and Appointments helpline staffs are terrible, i been calling for weeks to Dental department to make an appointment for my son they didn’t gave me the appointment at all, i will not recommend there dentists to anyone , if you can find another dentist its better to go there not to this terrible clinic

If you can find another clinic / hospital do yourself a favor and do that! I unfortunately is unemployed so I have medi-cal so either la Clinica or Kaiser, I posted for ka Clinica because it's closer to my house, let me tell you all it's one of the biggest decision I've ever made in my whole medical life. la Clinica is a joke, they will tell you that theh will give you a call after receiving my test results from quest laboratory, but after 3 phone calls, within a span of 8 days, 3 promises that my doctor will call me here I am writing this review as I just called them the 4th time, and guess what ? Still no call back from my doctor to read me my results, I called to ask if they can do email if they are that busy but NO was the answer, I am at their mercy, waiting for a phone call, for a blood test that I did for employment reason. and here I am 2 wks passed cannot go to work cuz ka Clinica is holding my result back even after I explained the urgency of this test ... still nothing. People they don't care about YOU, they don't care about your health and especially they are not going to care if the job you just got hired for slipped away cuz they cannot give you your health result requirements. go to Kaiser!

Last year I took my sons for dentist check up. The registration is not professional the worst I ever seen the only thing She would knew just to collect as mush personal info as possible .

The doctors are excellent, but their customer service, front desk people are the worst in entire bay area. U always have to call them to make sure that things are done correctly otherwise they will just forget about ur case. But whenever u call they have to dig deep to find out the problem lol.

If you’re having serious or life threatening symptoms, don’t count on them to save your life because their inadequate care, lack of seriousness, working at snail speed and leaving on hold for over an hour anytime you call. I’ve been stuck with them for years because of insurance and it’s infuriating the joke our healthcare has become. There was a time I waiting over a month for my prescription inhaler. I’m a severe asthmatic and was suffering from asthmatic bronchitis. Just imagine…Management- save your “we thrive to provide great healthcare” and to call and leave Management a message response. Why should patients call, leave messages for Management to never call back or do something proactive about it. It’s obvious from the Reviews here that horrible healthcare is common in your facilities and you should do something about it before you have a list of Mal practice suits.

I'm so thankful to be a patient at La Clínica. I've had positive experiences with the doctors here especially Dr. Giselle Suazo. She is a compassionate and kind doctor. I've had bad experiences with doctors not listening to my concerns and Dr. Suazo is the complete opposite. She takes her time to listen to my needs and always has a solution.Please give this clinic a chance as they've been working super hard during this pandemic to make sure their patients are tested and vaccinated for COVID-19.

Zero sympathy toward their long time partients. My mother needed a refill on her rescue inhaler, as she needs for chronic cough. Walgreens did their part and sent over a prescription refill request to La Clínica. I contacted La Clínica as Walgreens notified me of their delay in approving medication (3-4 days if not longer especially in weekends). I went ahead and contacted La Clínica myself to notify the Doctor and staff about the rimes refill request and the urgency my mother needed for inhaler. I was transferred to the after hours answering service, however La Clínica was still open for business and patients, but failed to answer the phone. I was able to get to the actual office and spoke to the front office or receptionist Maria. She was absolute no help or has any knowledge about the potential harm a person may undergo simply by not having a rescue inhaler on hand. This person DID NOT try helping me in any way. Remarking that the doctors were not working, There were no emergency doctors to call during emergencies, nor knew how to contact any of LA CLINICA’S DOCTORS/STAFF. Pure negligence. My mother would be looking for a new PCP SOON!.

I can't say one bad word about La Clinica Monument. I go there for dental work. The place is very clean, the stuff is very friendly, helpfulI and professional. Their prices are very reasonable!! I've been going there for few years now and not going to stop.
