Yassy at the front desk was so great to work with - when I missed my facial appt by 30 mins, she was able to put me on her cancellation list and get me in within 45 minutes later!

I've continued to get frustrated with LaserAway. I have yet to truly have a positive experience with any service I've paid for, despite the reassurance that things would be different. I strategically scheduled a service with LaserAway to have it done before going on vacation and I received a call same-day cancellation call. I was told then I would be rescheduled over a month out. I called the office directly and was helped by a kind staff member who unfortunately was not able to get me in before my vacation but a little after I come back. While I appreciate the help, it still does not make things right with me. I'm still incredibly frustrated that I signed up for this service to have done before I leave on my vacation, and it's just not going to happen and it is very very upsetting.

The best choice I made switching to this hair removal . I am naturally hairy and after waxing and using creams it wasn't cutting it anymore . I stopped having nasty ingrowns , my skin is smooth and one color it is very convenient for me to get laser since I am a dancer and won't have embarrassing hair ever again . The lasers are very new and have a fan cooling system on them so it won't hurt as much and from time to time they have really good deals on packages and you are able to use your points .

This place is so bad. I bought a package for tattoo removal and I wish I never did. They are terrible with keeping appointments, within the time period of about 9 months that I’ve been going they have canceled 2x at the time of my appointments. I do typically schedule first thing in the morning, so if you are going to use their services schedule in the afternoon. Also I’m 5 sessions into my removal and my tattoo looks the same.
