I had two appointments with Dr. Martin and absolutely loved her. She was thorough, kind and patient, explained everything and i never felt rushed or not listened to.

The office staff isn't professional and has poor patient communication. I filled out an intake sheet and the office never updated the information.o they were contacting a number that was 15 years old! The scan coordinator failed to return calls, even though I called and left my current number. I initially thought she was empathetic; but was wrong. No advocacy at all; esp. for patients who need help. They left me hanging for weeks for a CT scan; no one called - AGAIN!

Was very disappointed came in for treatment in pain and was told that it didn't matter if I was crying in pain that nothing was going to be done for me and I've never been treated like this and I've been coming here for years and the doctor wasn't even here so I plan to speak with her about this incident very soon.
