He is incompetent but moreover is in desperate need of some mental health treatment so he can interact with other people. Shocking that he is still licensed after all the bad reviews and horror stories.

I don’t know how many bad reviews it’s going to take for him or his staff to maybe take heed that they are the worst office in the county! Same story - nasty person , sloppy and lousy doctor. Ear issues seem to be a particular Achilles heel for him - he can’t help at all.

Went to Dr Ford for a consult on removing my tonsils and uvula. I was really impressed at how quickly and efficiently we got a sleep study initiated and then approval to proceed with surgery. Sadly, my insurance didn't feel the necessity to remove the uvula so I paid out of pocket for that, no fault of Dr Ford whatsoever but we both agreed the optimum result would be to have it all done in one shot! Please read my tips on recovery:Do NOT feel an immediate obligation to start weaning yourself off of the painkillers. This is hands down the most painful surgery I have ever had in my life and I've had more than I care to share. Prepare yourself with WARM soft foods basically baby food consistency. Cold foods such as yogurt and ice cream... although they sound ideal.... Nope, the cold hurt and was not soothing at all. Try mashed potatoes ... warm blended soup and LOTS and LOTS of "throat coat" tea! I would also suggest the throat coat spray/ sore throat spray for immediate relief. Do not let the painkiller wear off at least for the first week ... I thought I should ... I tried... I paid the price. Prop yourself up at night with a towel on the pillow... prepare to just let yourself drool because swallowing even just saliva hurts. You're welcome :)

Dr Ford would not take the time to explain my condition! He was not willing to answer one question as he was in a big hurry. He was quite rude and condescending for ourone only meet and greet! I never made another appointment with Dr Ford, one appointment was too much for me!

Dr Ford was very rude to me. He would not take the time to explain my condition or treatment. He spent less than 1 minute with me, he was in a big hurry to leave. When I tried to ask a question his reply was he has to leave, turned around and simply walked out on me!

Dr Ford was very short and would not take the proper time to explain anything to me. While I was asking him a question he turned around and mumbled I have to leave! He had no compassion or empathy, how he received good feedback in the past is puzzling to me! I don't think the last couple of feedback/reviews left by patients are a coincidence.

Dr Ford didn't listen to me at all! He was in a hurry and made it quite obvious he didn't want to see me! I tried to ask one question, he turned his back on me and said I have to leave and walked out! He had didn't have an ounce of empathy or compassion in the two words he said to me! It is not a coincidence the last few reviews by patients have all experienced the same treatment or lack of treatment from Dr Ford!

Absolutely RIDICULOUS encounter with front desk girl. Called asking fir a second opinion and a second appt to relook at ear. She would not and restated what was in chart. I stated I was asking for a second opinion to reevaluate. I stated I didn’t want to argue that I would get appt with another doctor. She stated Fine as I was giving her attitude. Really / no second opinion or visit. WOULD NOT SCHEDULE FOLLOW UP VISIT!!!!!
