The check in staff is always helpful and friendly. Processes and weight times are handled efficiently. Every medical staff that I have experienced at this location has been exemplary.

Excellent care from arrival to discharge. My PA (Connie Amorde) demonstrated such compassionate care. She truly went above and beyond. THANK YOU STAT MED URGENT CARE!!!

I been to this facility several before and it feels like it’s gone downhill. For some reason they only have this one and only lady doctor and she seem a little on edge because the first time I came this month, I could immediately see her, but the next few visits , patients stack up and she was the only practitioner in the house. So for the two times, I came, I remember being stuck for over 2 hours in the waiting room and exam rooms. Staff keep coming in the exams rooms saying a few mins, only to be 15-20. You can imagine how much pain I was in to wait for a doctor. She was on point for medication for my stomach, but she gave me lidocaine for my mouth that was itchy, and for hemmerroids she prescribed hydrocortisone. I end up not using the lidocaine. But most importantly, she just feels very impatient. The line of questioning seems like she want to rush out the door for the next patient, like “ are you in pain or not?” after I just told her my painful symptoms. Last time was the last draw, because she love saying “follow up with you doctor” because while they take you in to examine, this doctor still is rushing to turnover patient and they don’t have everything in house. She got too stern with me and didn’t like the tone or feeling she gave me. It feels like she didn’t slow down to understand my circumstances, because I saw my PCP and that day, my PCP was rushing out the door too, as she answer my questions, and I though it would be a simple checkup for this doctor to answer the rest. I just had an unlucky month with back and stomach and I visited too much this month, and my adhd sometimes also forgets things. And it’s impossible to get my PCP immediately next days. But unfortunately for me, she at this point was just tired of me coming, and didn’t do much. They need to hire more doctors, so I won’t have to wait 2+ hours for my care in the exam room in pain and that I won’t have to have only this doctor. I won’t be comming back.

I think urgent cares are a terrible way to provide healthcare. Influence from corporate interests have a front door to backend profit deals rather than needing to go through the bureaucracy of a hospital system. Emergency rooms, now private practice! Not sure I'll ever get over getting medical services in the same building as a dominos pizza. That being said the service was fine, but effective. Nice people, trying their best. I’m sure some accountant is behind the strings. Seems like they only have one resident and one practitioner at a time. I was they only person waiting and it took about 35 min past my appointment time to see the doctor, not terrible. So yeah, it’s fine, US healthcare sucks and urgent cares are a symptom of a broken medical machine that makes profit and not healthy people. Also if you’re reading this StatMed PR people, thanks for the link to this review. UPDATE! I have been back and one again received adequate healthcare. Not exemplary, but it was clean and people were kind. Sorry for the review of capitalism. UPDATE #2 They made a data entry mistake and did not charge my insurance leading to a bill in collection. Terrible experience is continually effecting me. Lowered to 2 stars.

My 1st time going to Stat Med Urgent Care. Me I thought it was the same one I went to in 2018. But it was not it was a different one. I just could not remember which one I went to.

The staff could have been more friendly being that I was a new patient. I had all of the information needed and even did the online appointment. When I arrived early, I still was told to go back to my car and wait to have a covid test. I informed them that I had just took one and was negative. They made me take one anyway. I was in pain and it had nothing to do with covid. I understand policy, but when there is an emergency, please be more compassionate.

It was good until they didn’t call in my medication now I’m left over night without my medication and can’t breath without medication .

Very thorough & extremely good at listening to understand your problem in order to apply the right corrective measures.
