List of Urgent Care Partners's Reviews
I went for a covid test. The nurse asked for my insurance and a told her I don't have it. She walked away with my ID without even telling me give me a minute. She comes back and does the covid test, I was thank you, she turns around and does not even say bye. Bad service.
I made an appointment and arrived there 10 mins early! I was called in examine room 20 mins past my appointment time and additionally waited 35 mins in examine room! The doctor didn t bother to apologize and I was disappointed! I hope they improve their service!
Excellent service and care w minimal wait time.
The good:I went there two weeks after my second Moderna shot to see if I have the antibodies. The receptionist tells me it is going to cost me $125 and the insurance would not cover any of it. I say OK!"How are you going to pay?" "Credit card"They took a drop of blood from my finger and 15 minutes later the results are in. I have antibodies. So far so good. The bad:What are the levels of antibodies I asked."Ohhh, sorry, we only do test that show positive or negative results. The ugly:A week later I receive a bill from them asking for another $184 for other fees including a fee for the collecting a drop of blood. Now this is total of $309 for basically a worthless test.At the time of my visit nobody told me they will be sending additional bills.
Easy, quick check-in, cordial staff, and, my shot didn't hurt one bit!
Wonderful location. They were able to do what no one else could do for me. Thank you :)
Really great place, got a quidel brand antigen test done early in the morning before a flight to Germany from SFO, the drive thru test opened at 9am, but the sample receiver/Dr. opens at 10am, so they estimated 2-4 hour result time, but starting at 10 am..it was a 21 minute result so that s actually really quick. (check your test manufacture fact sheets btw, they usually have the turn around times) so if it s not busy your result gets back really fast for this test. Only 4 star because they couldn t print my certificate in multiple languages, which btw, during my trip the border checks didn t ask for a German language version of the test result so it wasn t an issue anyway which I thought it might be.
I had a pretty long wait even though I had an appointment, but that is to be expected for urgent care. So bring something to read and patience. The treatment is good. They are sble to take care of most things and provide excellent care.
Nobody wants to go to Urgent Care, but when you have a fall and think you might have broken something, Stat Med Urgent Care is the place to come. The office staff were understanding and caring, plus stayed past closing time to take care of me. I felt lucky that I didn t have to go to an ER.
I have visited this urgent care facility twice now and recommended my mom to when she needed fast help as well. They are very warm and kind, very fast and efficient. Easiest visit with a doctor I've had They were able to help me promptly and accurately. They accept many different types of insurance, including county--so don't hesitate, they're there for you! The parking is very spacious and the place is easy to access and clean.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
