I got billed for a sport physical for my daughter which I payed cash when I got there and had to wait over two hours just to be seen. Horrible service.

Only thing I'd say needs improvement in this location is the long wait you experience when you show up on time for a scheduled appointment. Besides that I don't mind it at all. The staff are friendly and the Healthcare provider there is on point.

My daughter injured her wrist and of course everything is closed at 8pm. Was about to drive to Visalia Urgent care when I realized United Healthcare Center in Corcoran had an Urgent Care. I walked in and it was very clean and receptionist (not sure if she was a Medical-Assistant/nurse) her name was Erica. She was very kind, understanding and informed me she could be seen but would need to go back tomorrow for x-rays, or go tomorrow to be seen and do x-rays. Decided to have her be seen. I knew what was going to happen but wanted to give my daughter some peace of mind. The practitioner that came in was just the sweetest person. Her name was Carla. She spoke to my daughter and told her what was going to happen (splint and X-rays tomorrow) she called in another gal not sure if she was a MA or nurse her name was Maria as well as Erica. She made sure my daughter felt okay with the Splint and made an appointment for tomorrow. I’m very thankful our little town has this service available. Thank you Erica, Maria and Carla!!

The people are very friendly and helpful. Great to have everything in one location, ie. dental, lab, vision, X-ray, medical, chiropractic, etc.

My wife called about a covid test...they said a doctor would have to talk to her on the phone first...they said they would call her at 4:15 so we waited and waited and waited...nothing...no call 😳😳..so we called back and waited and waited and waited on hold 😳....terrible service...we won't do that again..I would like to send them a bill for all the time we spent trying to get tested...but that would just waste more time...just like now...wasting time writing a bad review...bottom line...TOTAL WASTE OF OUR TIME SHAME ON YOU
