What a joke of a medical practice! Refused to refill a prescription she wrote because I had medical, I tried to explain my medicare would kick in soon left me in the cold, with my cancer treatments starting she will leave you too.

Tell me what I was in Corona regional medical center I thought was good they sounded great like they really cared when I got out they said they wouldn't talk to me because I was had medical explained I was pretty close to my medicare and was in a transition that didn't seem to care and you want to speak to me for the prescriptions they gave me when I left the hospital ran out so I asked if they can redo the prescription and again they told me no didn't want to talk to me didn't want to do anything with me could not even fall in an extension on my prescriptions not to mention I'm starting my lymphoma treatment stage 4 Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma they have left me out in the cold didn't care and I'm sure they will do the same to you!

Disappointed. I live in Riverside, CA. My Family physician had referred me to Dr. French for consultation regarding my severe sleep apnea. I went to her Riverside office and was told that my appointment had been changed {without advanced notice) to one of her Corona, CA offices. Went there and was told Dr. French was not available and I was scheduled to see another doctor who was a pulmonologist. ...

I was turned away for 1 1/2 years. She left the Corona office for hospital patients only. I’m very ill with bronchitis and I have no idea if she’s even at this office anymore.

I saw DR. French when my doctor left to Orange County. She is nice but not comprehensive. Needless to say, will be make a long drive to see my doctor in OC.

It is difficult to get a return phone call, can take up to 4 weeks. Doctor French is in and out fast. I requested to see other doctors.

The worst, cold-hearted ****** I've ever come across. I hope you read this "Doctor" French. You are a terrible doctor, and worse human! I don't imagine you'll forget me after what you did to my family. You'll be hearing from us soon, and you'll answer for what you did.

First time patient for an Orthopedic issue. Dr. French displayed an attitude of arrogance and was not interested in listening to the information I was providing or looking at Xrays that would explain my visit. She was condescending and unprofessional.
