This doctor office and the way they run their office sucks. They do not take you serious if you are in pain and you have an urgent matter. They do not treat you like you are hurt. Stat authorization and they don’t get you in until two months later. The girls there are really rude and I do not recommend this doctor or their team at all. Please find another orthopedic!

May 17, 2022 talk about a god shot Dr. Bradley 32 years ago fix my back due to an accident as I was in physical therapy in Corona I had a knee replacement done in Newport Beach I had some problems afterwards but they told me it just takes time I heard his name From a client who had him I was like no way this was one of a kind doctor so I found out where his office was I went to see him you still have a great smile he looked at my knee and the first thing he said it's loose I just wanted to cry I remember when I had my back surgery this doctor came in at midnight to hold my hand at Riverside Hospital even though I have a good team of doctors in Newport Beach Dr. Bradley has much more experience I have to have my reverse done on my knee replacement it's only been less than two years I know I'm in good hands with experience I still hope he plays a good music take good care of me Dr. Bradley I'm getting too old for this we have to wait three months for surgery to get on the calendar everything is outpatient I'm scared but I know I'm in very very good hands and this is for a woman who had two major back surgeries from a terrible car accident and his doctor put me back together and I never ever had a problem with my back and I am now healthy 60-year-old woman except my knee has finally literally put me down say a prayer for me everybody and Dr. Bradley

Dr. Baum did hip replacement surgery for me. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, and a great listener.

Found it very interesting my mother was sent home same day with knee replacement and NO pain meds and took for ever to get it called in. Was no excuse for this.

Best doctor ever!! Had my right hip replacement surgery and it’s still hanging on!! No problems as to Dr. Baum, he’s has gone Beyond what I call regulars doctor do! He literate take his time and understand what going on! Great doctor!!

Dr. Baum did my hip replacement. He did an outstanding job. God forbid, if I need another one - he's my man! No doubt. Highly recommend him.

Dr Baum has done several surgeries and repairs on me since the 90s....all were great and I function very well...considering my job from 16 to 56 years old was with forestry firefighting..I highly recommend him for especially knee and shoulder issues....going tomorrow for a shoulder issue of another sort...very excuted!

Office staff, front desk, and those who answer the phone are rude, unhelpful, and certainly not professional. I'm shock and saddened these people actually work in a field where you are supposed to help and assist people. Not be mean. What happened to just being nice, kind, and helpful. PA was nice, but no follow-up from him or Dr. Baum. My mother has not returned there for hip surgery follow-up and not one staff person or Provider has followed-up?? I don't get that. Anyway we had to have a second orthopedic opinion and yes hip surgery repeated. If proper surgery had been completed the first time she would not have needed a second surgery. I'll give one star just to post but I really don't think overall they deserve any stars. If health care workers treated each and every patient as they did their loved ones, maybe they would be a bit nicer and provide a higher quality of care, and actually be helpful.

I’ve heard a few scary or crazy situations when going through surgery but dr. Baum and staff made sure I was comfortable and got to the point. Next thing you know I was in and out without complications. I hope to see them again for my other abscesses. I would definitely highly recommend them
