Was incorrectly charged $150 despite being in network and having all services covered under my insurance (everywhere else). Was told they would look into it and not charge me for the visit. But they just wanted to get me in the door; was later charged. I would stay way, they don't honor their own negotiated rates (bait and switch) and push financial burden on patients. The clinic is also not the best if i'm being honest. If your rehab is important to you it's not the place. The PT's will go do their notes after seeing you. The assistants will handle giving you the exercise and then go goof off. No one is going to watch to teach you on how to do the exercises properly. You might as well rehab at home.

Jasmine and Jennifer are amazing. I came in due to a work injury and they professional. Jennifer would send me home with Exercise to do at home to make sure I’m not just working out my back there. Jasmine would make sure I kept up with making my appointments and was just a day of sunshine.
