List of Children's Primary Care Medical Group's Reviews
I had my child's 3 year visit as a first time patient . The staff was not very personable and had me wait so long . Dr. Castro did not really seem like he wanted to help all he did was give me a referral he seems uninterested. The medical assistant was not very skilled . She didn't offer my son a band aid nor clean his finger she pocked . I ended up leaving and was upset medical assistant had not been very helpful . I had to leave room to ask when I was going to see doctor since we were just left there . I will not be going back and I will defiantly look for a better place . Very bad experience .
We've taken both of our kids here now, different ages, and absolutely love Dr. Grant. The nurses and doctors in training are wonderful too. My daughter absolutely loved the staff and is actually happy to be going back to get shots! The online portal they use is extremely helpful and convenient. Both times now we've gotten our aftercare paperwork and visit details before we even walked out the door. We also got COVID testing done due to classmates with confirmed cases. They sent our results via portal in only two days which was wonderful. You can go back into the portal to look at any appointment details at any time which is nice.Wait times to get into the office are minimal. They only have a television for the kids, but my daughter was busy helping me answer the screening questions so she didn't mind. Front desk staff is very nice and quick about getting things done.
We went for our son's 1 year checkup Dec 2019. They did an ocular screening as part of the visit. We were sent a $75 bill that I had to call my PPO about. PPO suggested it was something that should have been charged to a vision insurance provider and suggested I call Children's Primary Care billing to see if perhaps they can charge our vision or if they had the wrong code. I spoke with Martha today. She was very nice and helpful, but did let me know the charge remains to us as parents, as there isn't a code for this screening to be billed as part of the preventative care of his wellness visit. She also said they don't work with vision providers. So we'll eat the small bill. I'd give full stars just for Martha's service on my call.... but this bill was the last straw for this office for us. When we first came over from kaiser, the female doctor (can't remember her name) was negligent in dismissing my concerns about feeding (EBF) and honestly seemed to pressure me away from nursing as my son approached 6mos. She was VERY misinformed on WHO guidelines and made strong suggestions conflicting with our cert. lactation consultant. She also had my son late tested (months after) for iron deficiency when that was my first concern as I am anemic. Then when the results came in she never went over them. Then third visit finally suggested iron medication as he was low. Needless to say we switched from her to Ambo. He's fine enough but in 3 visits has always misgendered our son, making us uncomfortable as if we were just numbers on a list. And finally, this last visit in July it was insinuated that our son is over fed with comments like "I don't suggest continually snacking or juice." Neither of which my son partakes. My son has been 95 percentile in weight and length SINCE BIRTH. Consistently. Going along his curve. The visit rubbed us wrong. We'll square our bill but won't be returning. If it's worth anything, full stars for the nurses as well. Always pleasant and great with shots. But the bed side manner and lack of transparency around this vision test are a no. All they had to do was say "hey this vision test is suggested but some insurance providers won't cover it, would you like to proceed now or visit an eye doctor to do it under your vision provider?" Not hard.
Spent years trying to get records for our child. Still to this date we don't have the Dr notes on the tragic day Stanley could have done his job and prevented what was to follow. In full blown denial to this day. Recently evedince came to light that explains why Stanley took the liberty of sending most of the records accept what was needed for the parents to identify the mistake he had made in our opinion. Now it is the opinion of many and growing. Luke''s life matters Stanley whether you atone for your actions or not. You owe this little boy his life. As we have just learned about the triage that should have been performed, now we are on the clock Stanley. Luke's Life Matters!!!
Dr. Lee's great. Clean facility. And its chill and relaxing environment. But yeah it does some effort to reach the office thru the phone.
Worse customer service. They don’t answer their phones. When you walk in the girls in the front office are rude and unwilling to help.
I love this place! My daughter sees NP Julia and I can't say enough good things about her. She's so sweet and always makes sure that my daughter is healthy and thriving. She listens to my concerns and always try's to find a solution. Thankful for such an amazing doctors office. The staff is wonderful and the place is clean! If you're looking for a doctors office this is definitely the place to go!!
If you think that you've found a better doctor than Dr. Naudin then you need to wake up because you are dreaming. Dr. Naudin is an incredible doctor and human being. I admire her ability to keep up with all she does and maintain such a positive attitude. I usually get very nervous when I have to go to the doctor thanks to white coat syndrome. However, Dr. Naudin and her amazing medical assistant Diane have a way of making me feel so calm and comfortable. Sometimes I don't even get nervous at all! I know I'm in good hands. She is really smart. She always is able to identify and solve the problem quickly and correctly. She is super careful as well. She makes sure to double check everything and make sure all is well. She takes her time and makes sure everything is done right. She is very clear when she explains things. I always leave knowing exactly what she has diagnosed and how to fix it. She is very good about answering any questions that I have. She is very trustworthy and reliable. She responds quickly to emails and never forgets to call when she says she will. Some may complain that her wait time is slightly longer than others, but come on....well worth the wait right? She is so kind, nice and friendly. She finds common interests and ways to connect with patients on a more personal level which makes me feel more comfortable. She also focuses on the whole family....not just the patients. She makes sure the family understands what she is trying to communicate and addresses their questions and concerns. She is so caring and empathetic. She really knows how to be able to focus on the whole patient and not just a symptom. She makes sure that the patient is well not only physically, but mentally as well which is really important. She provides a tremendous amount of support to those who need it most. She really helped me through a tough time in my life. She was really encouraging and gave me so much hope. I knew some moments would be hard, but she really helped me feel like everything would be ok in the end. Words can not describe just how thankful I am that she was there during this time in my life. She helped me so so much. She helped me find things to smile about even on tough visits. She explains things to me in a very calm way. If I start to get worried or scared she takes the time to explain things in a way that I understand and feel comfortable with. She helps me feel less scared and more hopeful. She's always willing to go the extra mile for her patients. She really really does care about the well being of her patients. She genuinely wants them to be happy and healthy. This review does not do how awesome she is justice at all. There are not enough words in the dictionary to be able to show how thankful I am for her. I appreciate her so much. All of the doctors are great. I usually see Dr. Naudin, but all of them have been really kind and helpful. The staff in the front are amazing too. They always greet you with a smile and make the place a great happy environment. The medical assistants are kind and helpful too. Especially Diane. She helps me feel so so comfortable. I barely ever get nervous when she is the medical assistant. Her positive attitude is amazing. She always has a smile on her face. She gets along well with all of her patients. She always finds a way to start a conversation which helps makes vitals go by faster with more fun. She is really empathetic with her patients. If one of her patients is feeling sad or in pain Diane will go out of her way to cheer them up. She really knows how to make someone smile even on a bad day. She is an incredible medical assistant and human being. I am so thankful for her and I appreciate her very much. Great office. Great staff. No complaints. If you want the best pediatric office for your kids choose to take them here.
We have been coming to this office, Dr. Lee is great but the older blonde front desk lady is rude.Sadly we are taking our business somewhere else because of her.
Dr. Naudin, as well as the staff, go above and beyond to help her patients. She gives meticulous care which, consistently, exceeds expectations. My younger daughter decided that she wanted to have her ears pierced for her birthday. Given the bad result my older daughter experienced at an earring retail outfit in the mall, I was delighted to hear that Dr. Naudin offers this service. Although my daughter looked forward to it for months because we set up the appointment to coincide with her annual check up, she, at the last minute, became frightened that it would hurt. Not only did Dr. Naudin and Diane work really hard to make sure the placement was correct, Dr. Naudin spent an extra hour, beyond the end of her work day, showing amazing patience and kindness to my daughter until she was ready. Wow! What can I say? I feel comfortable trusting the health of my children to her because this is indicative of the level care she has provided, no matter what brings us to the office.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals.
