Things were going good until my doctor left this office. That doctor was great. Unfortunately They won't refill my medication until I can get a appointment with the new one. Have to wait 4 weeks before I can get any pain meds. The person at operator desk did not seem to even care. Just said " well we have done all we can do". Seemed not to care very much.Had almost the same issue a few months ago. I wrote a bad review then. But it seemed to have gotten deleted.

I haven't been seen yet but I noticed that a lot of complaints are with people not being able to make an appointment. My primary care doctor got results of my MRI showing a humerous fracture at 10pm last night, Called me to pick up my referral today, I call CTOA at 2pm today and was given an appointment for 9:20am TOMORROW MORNING. The lady I spoke to was very nice and courteous and polite.

I found this office to be great from the reception to the wait time to the doctor. My personal doctor is Dr. Wade. He was very helpful telling me what my options were. I came to him twice so far and he was excellent at numbing the area before giving me two cortisone shots in each of my thumbs. His “bedside manner” put me at ease. He was never in a rush to attend to my needs. In fact I have an appointment to get an injection in my knee. I know if these shots don’t help enough I will be looking at surgery. It was all explained to me. I wish every doctor was as calm, gentle and reassuring as he has been!

Shawn Jackson was the one following my son's care and he was great. The min he walked in, he was very attentive and caring. We didn't feel rushed, he took his time to explain the plan of care and when we left we had ZERO questions. It's obvious that him and his medical assistant ( pretty young girl....sorry I didn't get her name) truly love their job. Thanks to those two we had an amazing experience. You guys rock, thank you!!!

I have been to this place twice now and I must say the office staff was very friendly and respectful.  Wade Fueconcillo PA-C  has seen me twice.  I would highly recommend him.  He was very reassuring, explained everything to me.  Really put me at ease.  I have needed two cortisone shots in each of my thumbs.  My experience with him has been has been outstanding.  And I'm seeing him again on Monday!!

It’s nearly impossible to get through to speak with anyone. My primary faxed a referral 3 times- they said they never received anything, and they told me they were bombarded with fractures and I wouldn’t be able to be seen anytime soon. Unprofessional and incompetent.

If I could give a lower score I would. This goes to the professionalism of the front desk staff and the physicians especially Dr. Locke. Just extremely rude and they do not care about their patients. These are orthopedic surgeon and they are supposed to be helping people get rehabilitated and feeling normal again. Also Make sure you be aware of any additional bills that you receive in the mail afterwards as they double and triple bill their patients for their copayments or any other additional cost.

WOW, all of these reviews are so sad!! Doesn't the office manager read reviews?? My mom has been with Dr. Tooma through 2 knee surgeries and 2 hip surgeries. No problems what so ever! Why doesn't anyone bring this situation up to the boss and get rid of this lil twirp with attitude?! Im actually on my way up there now so I will se what you all are talking about.Then i will post an other review. THIS REVIEW WILL REMAIN THE SAME. I DID NOT ENCOUNTER THE RUDE EMPLOYEES EVERYONE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT.

Never got further than the first phone call, I called to make appt for a 2nd opinion. I was basically told to call a different office or call my insurance because they aren't shoulder specialist, (I never asked for a specialist or mentioned needing one) VERY rude, uncaring and completely unhelpful. I certainly hope the Doctors are more caring then the front office staff.. What a shame :(
