The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire visit. Everyone was welcoming and made the experience smooth and pleasant. Truly great customer service from start to finish!

I had a fantastic experience at Dentistry 4 Kids today! The dental care was excellent, but I want to give a special shoutout to the front desk staff. They were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and made the whole check-in process an absolute breeze. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience at Dentistry 4 Kids in Corona! Lucy at the front desk went above and beyond and provided truly excellent service. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly welcoming and patient with the kids. She made the check-in process completely seamless, quickly verified our insurance details, and clearly explained our coverage and co-pays so there were absolutely no surprises. ​Managing a busy pediatric waiting room and juggling appointments is no joke, but she handled everything smoothly and kept the whole office running on schedule. The dental team was fantastic too, but the positive, stress-free experience really started right at the front door. We will definitely be back!

Visited this office as a prospective new patient for my daughter after recently moving to the area. Unfortunately, the professionalism and customer service at the front desk from LUCY were extremely poor & embarrassing to have such someone as the face of the establishment greeting your potential patients or worse of all you're returning regulars yikes The employee working the front desk did not greet or properly assist upon arrival and remained seated throughout the interaction! while requesting documents from across the office she sat in her little rolling chair. The entire time made me walk every single card and document to her mind. You the chair that she's sitting in is all the way in the back she's not even walking up to the counter to greet or take paperwork or cards from people she's sitting there on her phone making people walk up to her disgusting, these are the type of people you guys hire to be the face of your business? Yikes . When asked about insurance verification alternatives, no effort was made to provide assistance or solutions. The interaction became further concerning when I briefly took a photo of publicly displayed flyers on the front counter and was immediately met with yelling and aggressive communication from staff. What is going on in this establishment that they are so afraid of cameras recording or anything that has to do with taking a photo inside the establish? That itself is raising red flags. They needs to come inspect this place. First impressions are important, especially in a pediatric healthcare environment. Based on this experience, I will be seeking care elsewhere.

What’s more concerning is what is actually going on in this place that they are so afraid of cameras, recordings or photos being taken?? Love it! This is probably the only clinic where we've never had any issues. The staff is very friendly, and my kid is always happy to go there -- no fear, no anxiety, no worry about getting hurt. As a parent, that peace of mind means everything. The care quality is good.
