Staff and Dr are very friendly and the Dr took the time to get to know me and my history. I feel like most the time you go to the dr they rush you in and out Dr.Bustamante took the time to hear what I needed and answer questions.

First time visiting I saw a tiny cockroach on one of the waiting area chairs. Office seems unorganized smells funky too. I didn’t see Dr. Patel but the physician assistant. She was nice but visit felt rushed for the long period of time I had to wait to be seen. Trying to get a hold of them is a nightmare You’ll get the answering machine each time. If you have an HMO plan you’ll have to wait over 11 business days or longer for a referral to be approved. First and last time coming to this place. Definitely do not recommend to anyone.

I called to see if they had walk ins and the girl said if I could come in 5 minutes like it takes someone 1530 minutes to drive anywhere? I have a daughter in the icu in loma linda i was trying to see if I could go in so i could get better and help take care of her. The staff doesn’t really try to help.

I wish I could give this office zero stars. The office staff is extremely rude I overheard them make a nasty comment about me . They are incompetent. You are greeted when you walk in with nasty attitudes and they do not even acknowledge that there is a patient standing at the window. Twice I had a 230 appointment and they skipped me any took 6 other people ahead of me. Your health is not urgent to them ever. It took them a whole 6 weeks to request a referral and kept telling me they were working on it . I called the insurance and they never received a request . Stay away from this nasty place I have been a patient for 6 years and the old staff was much better. The female physician assistant is very snippy and unprofessional.

If you value your time and health this clinic is the last place you would want to be at. The staff are unprofessional and rude and also they will try to schedule you with a physician assistant to save money.You will arrive 15 sometimes 30 mins early and they will still have you wait over a hour sometimes two just to be seen ive been going to this clinic on and off for a year and I still have yet to see DR Patel. I just switched to a doctor who actually cares and sees there patients and couldnt be happier Thanks Dr Patel

Place is just a disaster the reception has you on hold for atleast a half hour anytime you call and the wait time is terrible expect to spend a couple of hours waiting to see the dr and the nurse practitioner is a complete joke of a medical professional

Office staff doesn’t help at all and very rude a LONG wait time even with an appointment you have to wait like an hour or so. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone would give it a 0 star if I could.
