Today was my first appointment with Dr Ohri. My previous doctor I had for 30 plus years retired. They made me feel very comfortable.. The doctor made me feel like I was his number one priority. He was not rushed and answered all my questions. The staff were very friendly and took the edge off going to a doctors office. I am so glad I found you doctor.

Dr. Ohri is one of the best doctor Ive ever seen. I am impressed with how patient he is in listening to my concerns. Its evident he cares for his patients. Insurance usually assign a doctor upon enrollment.  Ive requested him to be our primary on two occasions. Thank you for being a good doctor.

This peoples service is an absolute joke, talked to the doctor over the phone for 5mins concerning some symptoms Im having and the doctor said they are gonna order some test, and told me theyre gonna get back to me on when to come in for testing which they never did, only for them to send me over $200 bill Ive trying to get in  contact through the number they provided on the billing statement but Im constantly getting phone number is no longer in service, I also tried calling their office phone but no body ever picks up, very frustrating

Dr.Ohri is the best doctor I have seen thus far!! He listens to your problems, he doesnt rush you or just give you medication for no reason. He actually cares for his patients and fixes whatever complications your having. I would give him 100 stars if I could. Ive never had a doctor treat me with so much care before.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ohris for the past two years. I am extremely grateful to the doctor and his whole entire staff! Both Dr. Ohri and the NP Cristina are thorough. The whole office does a superb job. I am always able to get through to the office and I know if ever I cant, I can contact them via email or my patient portal. Which makes it easy for me because not only am I a patient, but my kids, siblings, parents, grandparents and cousins are patients here. Thats a total of 10 of us. Its kind of disheartening to see some of these comments, grant it everybody has their own opinion, but the one about being discharged for not showing up to A doctors appointment I think is a reach. In the beginning, when establishing myself with him I VIVIDLY remember signing an office policy form stating after 3 no calls no shows that pt could be discharged or responsible for the I think $25 no call no show fee. However working in the medical field myself I know that with govt insurance such as medical, la first, iehp etc... you cannot charge them a fee, hence they would have to discharge. But hey, who am I? Keep up the good work Innovative Care Medicine. To Dr. Ohri, Cristina and staff thank you for going above and beyond to help me in my complex condition.

At the beginning everyone was nice and kind and ever since they move to the new location the new staff have an attitude even when they answer the phones really bad customer service why work there if you cant answer a phone Im a polite way , just because I wasnt able to call them back to reschedule appointments because I couldnt make it to my appointment they told me I couldnt go there no more but its okay because i was already looking for a new pcp because i would never get the doctor I chose as my PCP and they only answer there phones when ever they feel like it. But definitely customer service is terrible now

I switched to this office almost a year ago.. office staff, doctor and nurse practitioner is absolutely 100% amazing.. they listen they fallow up and u feel like they care.. Love them would recommend to any and all who want a dr to fight for them..

Went in for trouble concerning a possible hernia. Dr. Ohri was kind and patient and listened to me about my symptoms and my various other complications. Im now taking some steps to get my problems resolved. The experience was relative pain free and I only had to wait about 10 mins to see him.

To whom it may concern, I have never met one who has been so willing to assist! Nikki, who works in the office, has been an absolute jewel, while the office as a whole has been easy to work with. She has assisted me with excellence and brevity. I am happy with Dr.Ohris office!Tiffany C. Watkins

My uncle was recently in the emergency room at pchmc where we had an amazing PA refer us directly to Dr Ohri. Within a week we were on the phone with him. He took his time and was very patient and caring. My uncle has never gone regularly to the doctors because he says they always make him feel stupid. I asked how he liked Dr Ohri and he stated that he would never miss an appointment with him because he feels like he genuinely cares for him and his health. So nice to still have amazing, caring doctors out there. Thank you Dr Ohri and staff!
