James Lin's Online Review Report Card

My wife and I used this center as well as the Irvine Location. We are now 14 weeks pregnant via IUI. We saw Dr. Park mostly and she is GREAT! We also saw Dr. Vue, I believe his name was. He was also great and does a great job staying in the room and fully explaining things until you understand which for someone like me with anxiety and overthinking was appreciated. The facility is Very clean and the vibe is professional. My ONLY reason for not giving 5 stars is because we did have a hand full of apts. where we waited 30+ mins to even be called back. But I understand with fertility things aren’t also on a timed and planned out schedule. The facility was great at easing my mind and letting me have extra blood work done or hormone levels and such and I appreciate that as it brought me peace of mind. Lastly, the clinic is also great at scheduling you in when needed and not all fertility clinics do that. They try to make your cycle fit their schedule, but Linfertility didn’t do that! Would definitely use them again and would recommend to friends and family.

I was referred to Dr. J. Lin on a Friday afternoon. I live in the Gulf Islands. He agreed to see me at 6:30 on a Friday night. Once there, he and his dental assistant examined me and then proceeded to start a root canal! They worked on me until 10:15 at night on a Friday! He was kind, knowledgeable and explained what was going on with my tooth. He fixed the pain, and he will be doing part two of the root canal on Monday evening as well! This man and his assistant are dedicated to patients, helping to minimize pain and going above and beyond to help. So grateful to him and his staff. Completely recommend.

Dr. Lin was amazing! We met with him once before surgery and he explained in great detail all the risks and benefits and all our options. He was extremely patient and came back into the room even after he left because we had a few more silly questions, but he treated it with the upmost importance. Right before the surgery he explained the detailed process of the surgery and how I would feel after I get up. After I got up from the surgery he explained everything to me again and then called my wife and explained everything to her! He was very comforting, while I was in recovery he came back to check on me said he had time between me and his next patient and just wanted to see how I was doing and see if I have any more questions for him. I could not be any happier with the outcome as well as his bedside manner and level of intelligence. He explained what the recovery process would be and any medication‘s that were necessary after the procedure and how to taper if necessary. If I were able to give him 20 stars I would! I am so grateful that I got to use Dr. Lin for my surgery!

Their phone is down every day and someone hang up the phone after the first ring. Hope they improve their service manner.

I had a referral from my doctor and they NEVER called me. It took 1 and a half months for them to call me, and made me explain my situation for 45 minutes and I asked don't you have my paperwork from my doctor??? And they said yes we do give me one minute and they left me on "hold" for 15 minutes but they were talking in the background (doctor and receptionist) so unprofessional! Worst ever

Dr Park is amazing. I've had both dr. Lin and Dr. Park and they both are great. I love dr. Park shes very upbeat and kind and caring. She's considerate of finances too. She knew I was out of pocket and worked with me to find the most financially appropriate approaches first which says a lot about her character because when a woman wants to get pregnant they are willing to do whatever it takes and she doesn't take advantage of that. Dr Park is very effective at what she does .I highly recommend her and this practice here in corona... thr office itself is a very pleasant place...its absolutely spotless and pristine inside and is gorgeous...they have snacks and water in the waiting room too so if you have to wait, you really don't mind bc they make it comfortable.

Same as other review, bad attitude and wait forever, avoid this place, got here 11am, didnt see doctor until 1155am

When I went to see Dr. Lin he was nice and asked me plenty of times what I was there for and so it's been two weeks now and I need my medication for sleep to be filled and he hasn't filled them but it's not because of that it's because the staff said " if you don't like it here then find a new doctor" the issue was my medication wasn't filled I've left messages and no one responds asks you to call back at another time but every time you call the doctors staff can't even make sure the patient is taken care of .

Just like the other reviewer. As a walk in patient, I waited almost 3 hours, then the doctor talked to me like 2 mins. And he's not that friendly. At the same location, please see Doctor Melody, she's nicer.

I have had the fortune of been with Dr. Lin for almost a year, and he has been one of the finest doctors I have ever had to deal with. I genuinely feel that he really has my best interest at heart, and that he truly cares. That level of care combined with his wonderful bedside manner have earned him the greatest level of trust I have to give. Also, his nurses are some of the finest I've worked with, frequently going way out of their way the ensure that I get the best care that I possibly can.
