Jun Yuan's Online Review Report Card

I do not know why people rate Dr. Yuan for 1 stars and I would rate him for 5 stars just for his professional medical care and accurate diagnosis to his patients. I do not care anything else other than my health and I wont rate him based anything else but his accurate diagnosis of medical treatment.

Dr Yuan has been my primary for several years but after todays visit I will never go back  He was rude and unprofessional.  First he was mad because I failed to bring a medication in for him to look at.  He was looking at my prescription record that the hospital sent to him.  Why was he questioning it?  This was a follow up visit after having had a TIA the week before and have been in a walker since then.  He never once asked about the TIA not once did he ask why I had even called the paramedics in the first place.  He did not ask about the walker or whether I getting physical therapy.  Then to top it off towards the end of the visit he said and I quote What else can I do I have other patients that I need to see I am filing a grievance against him.  With anyone that will let me.  I have never been treated so poorly by a healthcare professional in my life.  This says that I live in San Francisco I live in Lake Elsinore.

Long wait time as he doesn't leave the house until his first patient has already arrived for the day. Was supposed to have surgical spot reviewed by him post surgery and he wouldn't look at it. Difficult in getting prescriptions renewed. Doesn't listen. Had my case confused with someone else, insisting I had family history of a particular disease when I didn't have that family history. The last time I left his office, I was in tears because I couldn't get any help or a referral to someone else who could help me. I've been going there for two years and have consistent problems the entire time. I do not recommend.

This Doctor will not listen to my concerns. Wait is too long to see him over an hour wait.He give his openion which is nothing to do with the facts. 5 to 6 minutes tops to sit with me on each visit. Does all the talking a d when i have a question or concern he will defer me to the next visit.Do not recommend.

Dr. Jun has serious attitude issue toward low income patients. He is also one of the most unprofessional doctor Ive even seen. He would touch a female patient without evening putting on gloves. I dont know how he managed to get his business open till today without lawsuits.

Worst doctor I've ever seen. Patients be aware, if you have Medi-cal etc. insurances, be prepared for humiliation. He will personally look down upon you like you are stealing his money. Totally a jerk. I don't know why he still have not got his license revoked.

Im honored to be the first to leave a yelp review for Dr Jun Yuan. He is simply the best doctor my family and I have had the privilege of visiting. He is very patient attentive and seem to really care about the health and well being of his patients. He came highly recommended by our good friends whose family have been patients of his for the past decade. Furthermore he has 2 most helpful and friendly staff members ever Alondra amp Maria. Having just come from a terrible experience with a previous doctor and her grumpy staff Dr Yuan and the girls are truly a Godsend.

Dr. Yuan is very accomodating, caring & very helpful. The exact opposite of how his office staff deals with patients especially Alondra. She is not helpful at all and doesn't even take any effort to help. I am so frustrated at how the staff deals with the patients. So sad...

Dr Yuan has been our family Dr. for 9 years now, it is hard to find those "old-fashion Dr's of the past that really care about there patients. He was there for us when my father passed away and I would say my father was one of those patients that Dr's wish they did not have. but he never judged him. He also treats my mother and myself not as patients but as friends. I would recommend Dr. Yuan and his staff with 5 stars, they truly care about there patients.

Waiting to be seen in his office 20 to 45 minutes #5 The staff is half helpful and kind
