Nice enough doctor, but I have waited 90 minutes to see the doctor

THIS DOCTOR HAS BEEN THE FIRST DOCTOR THAT HAS REFUSED SERVICE TO ME. I HAVE NEVER MET A DOCTOR WHO DID THAT. THE REASON WHY HE REFUSED WAS BECAUSE I MISSED MY SURGERY DATE AND HE GOT UPSET AND MADE ME WAIT ANOTHER 2 WEEKS TO SCHEDULE AND THEN GET A CALL SAYING TO GET ANOTHER ORTHO DOCTOR TO DO SURGERY AND I WAS SO SHOCKED TO HEAR THAT ANSWER. I COULDNT BELIEVE IT BUT I GUESS YOU END UP MEETING A SELFISH DOCTOR ONE DAY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE AND MY LAWYER ADVISE THIS WAS A SERVICE OF NEGLECT.

My office visit was very good and helpful. Dr. French explained everything in detail about my condition and what it needs to be done. Very professional, knowledgeable and listens to the patient'concerns. Great bedside manners and compasionate. He gave me confidence with his diagnostics. All staff are cordial. Thank you.
