This was the second time I have taken my mom to receive care at COFIS. The first time she had two molar teeth removed and we were pleasantly surprised with Doctor Belton’s bedside manner and care. My mom didn’t even swell she called him an Angel. He even called to follow up. The back staff is also so sweet and helpful. The front desk staff is very rude though and not personable. Nancy in particular who works at front desk. Truly I hope that her attitude is addressed because her Tone of voice and mannerisms are very condescending. Make being a patient and someone who goes with the patient feel uncomfortable. Both times that Mom has gone to receive care we have excellent experience with the back staff and the Doctor again is so amazing for sure recommend him. Mom and I still give five star because of the doctor and back staff. But truly the front desk receptionist needs to be addressed bc it’s not good for the overall office .

I came in for x-rays for a tooth extraction and wasn’t made aware that my jewelry needed to be removed prior. I was first expected to do this removal in their waiting area with no sanitation or mirror. After telling them I could only get off four, I was told they would still proceed with the x-ray. Someone else came out and told me I’d have to get them out. This was already frustrating being told different responses from different staff members. I was taken to the back and I was expected to remove the 4 remaining pieces of jewelry in a small hallway where the mirror I was given to use was too high for my height. When they noticed I was struggling to get my nose jewelry out, the staff member made a comment about definitely not wanting their nose pierced if it’s seriously this difficult to remove to another staff member. Their condescending tone made me so uncomfortable on top of other rude comments they made towards me during the appointment. I asked if I could just leave multiple times to which I felt forced to stay. They proceeded with the x-ray which came out fine even with the piercing in. My whole appointment was delayed with my husband and 1 year old daughter being forced to wait outside in the hot sun. I 100% did not want to come back for my procedure but my other option was a lot further in location. I would not suggest this dentistry and would definitely not come back.

The girls in the front office were hella rude. They looked super snobby. Their faces had no facial expressions when I handed them my papers documents to sign in. They had no costumer service. Maybe they shouldn’t work their if they don’t like their job.

Dr. Belton's Center for Oral, Facial, and Implant Surgery was the third office that I went to for third molar (wisdom tooth) extraction. He has a dual degree so I knew that I could trust him. The incisions that he made on two of my teeth were remarkable. The amount of time that it took to complete the operation along with the healing process was superior. His office doesn't fall short of mimicking what you would expect from a cosmetic surgeon. It was very spacious, and had plenty of rooms with ambient lighting to calm your nerves. I was clear about wanting to keep my wisdom teeth after surgery and this wasn't a problem. All four of them were intact. Most of my satisfaction comes from knowing that I could recommend other friends and family that might be in need of his services.

We received excellent customer service from the initial call regarding the referral process to scheduling and the procedure. Both Dr. BELTON and the staff were professional, kind and courteous. They were very understanding and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. Dr. Belton did a foloow up call the evening of the procedure. I would Highly recommend this office to anyone. Thank you Dr. Belton and your wonderful staff.

Great surgeon for tooth extraction and very detailed with his work, I highly recommend Dr. Michael Belton.

Place was great. Staff was professional and courteous. Dr Benton, the dentist, has a very calming quality about him which helped me get a broken troublesome tooth pulled out with no glitches.
