Narakanti Rao's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Rao has provided care for me and my family for several years 1. He is not warm friendly nor does he provide ANY clear explanations. Sometimes appears rude. 2. You will only get answers if you ask direct questions please have a family member accompany you and ask them several times 3. He referred me to multiple specialists only to veto their recommendations for different medications and tell me why he was right all along. Many months wasted doing this. 4. Even when shown additional labs evidence or doctors notes he is fixed in his viewpoints and not willing to have a conversation with a patient. Either you follow his plan or you dont. Not interested in patient engagement.

The worst

How could you close for two weeks and not assign another doctor. My son was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer and is unable to get treatment without a referral from you. How dare you put my son’s life in danger this way. What a terrible system.

The staff and Dr. are so nice and helpful. But the place is super tiny waiting room small and the check room too.

Im disappointed in the other review. The building and office is old yes but it is a clean facility. The physician is kind and professional. The staff is very knowledgable. Ive made this doctor my primary. If you walk in the building from Washburn St. go up the stairs and as youre walking up the suite is behind you.

I love Dr Rao.  He is a very caring experienced primary MD and Cardiologist. He listens to me and sends me to the specialist I may need. His office staff is friendly and knowledgable. I hope Dr Rao never retires.

I cant help but doubt the veracity of the other reviews because this week I visited the office twice for my 3year old son. Every single person we interacted with was kind and considerate. Its not a great day when you have to take your 3yr old to a cardiologist so we were all a bit nervous and worried. The staff at the office were so kind to my little guy the nurse was amazing as she got him set up to take vitals and a EKG. She put him at ease and even days later my son says That lady at the doctor office was so nice.. We didnt have a wait and then Dr Rao came in to meet with us. He listened carefully to our concerns and shared a plan to move forward to eliminate the worry. We were able to set an appointment for the next day and John the tech had us in and out with ease chatting away to my son and getting all the results needed. Dr Raos office called us 24 hrs later and we had our fears all put to rest. Everyone was lovely mindful of our young patient and truly kind.

Been my doctor for 2 years. Takes time with you. Excellent M.D. I also love his staff

An excellent Doctor

My appointment was at 330 and didnt go back till almost 445. After going back I waited another 30 minutes to see the doctor after being bounced from room to room. This place is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of peoples time. I would never recommend anyone to come here.
