Save yourself and your baby! She put my daughters life at risk all because she thinks she's better and knows it all. Her diagnosis and "expertise" were so wrong that my daughter ended up in the hospital for weeks fighting for her life due to unnecessary medical procedures all because of this person who calls herself a doctor.

If I could give zero star, I would This is most horrible doctor I have ever been to, in my entire life! She is unprofessional and rude, and treats her patients like they are beneath her.

She was absolutely the worst doctor I have ever had. Shows no professionalism or compassion to her patients. I went to her when I was having a miscarriage years ago and the horrible experience I had with her still stands out like no other.

If I could do 0 stars I would. This place is unbelievably so ugly and dirty. The girls are so nasty and loud disclosing information about patients. I left work early to my apt at 2:30. I got there at 2:15 my paperwork was done quick and I waited for ever. Not once did any of the girls say they are behind or the Dr will be with you shorty. I was literally seen at 4 PM. At about 3:25 I peeked out to see why the heck were they taking forever and one of the girls was just sitting down on her cell phone. Another had the nerve to tell there was patients ahead of me when it was just me and another pt waiting in the lobby. Seriously the wait the customer service was ridiculously stupid. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE.

Plan on waiting for hours!!!! Love the nurses and doctor but the wait time is ridiculous and not ok..our time is just as valuable as theirs!

I love Dr.Iyer, but everything about my experience was horrific. I called over a week early to make an appt. I come in and check in after 45 mins, the receptionist tells me I'm not even scheduled. I waited over 2 hrs for my appt. People are walking in and getting seen before me. I'm very upset and disappointed with the service. Then the receptionist says you're next & of course another lady gets called in before me. I would definitely not recommend coming here because of the unprofessionalism and staff. After this I'm finding another Dr. I am not the only pt who had complained about the wait or customer service. 2 other patients got up and left. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Definitely the worst office experience I have ever had. I only went there because of insurance but honestly at this point I rather pay out of pocket for a descent office experience than have to ever go back to that office. I went for my test result first Dr Iyer wasn't even there and a nurse was covering, I was never notified, second they started changing going $3 fees for credit cards without ever giving notice. When I told them I don't wanna pay extra $3 and if I could just mail in a check, they said the nurse couldn't see me and I had to leave. Obviously I paid the $3 Becca I didn't have time to make an extra appointment just to get my test results. There is absolutely no costumer service or communication from staff with the patient.

I couldn't agree more with the negative reviews. The only reason I am coming here is because of the insurance. There is no straight line of communication between the staffs. Every time I come to my appointment, it's something. They make appointments for you when it's not necessary, just to file a claim with your insurance. Which is wrong and unethical. I would understand if the appointment is necessary but to just see you and copy notes from prior visits to show that you've been seen on that day - soooo wrong!! This place needs to be audit. I was never told that my actual OB doctor who will be delivering me, would be someone else. It's upsetting to know this after you've built a relationship with Dr. Iyer. Mommies and mommies to be, you know what I mean. Being pregnant is a delicate time. No one should have to feel like they're being tossed around for their pregnancy care. If there's an option, this place would be a Zero Star. As mentioned in the other reviews- this place is outdated and runs old school style.
