Beware of this office and their dubious charges.I dont trust this office and even the doctor. I have been a patient for almost 3 years and have had past annual visit without copaying. This year they charged me $15 for annual physicals. The office girl said, for HMO you copay for physicals and PPO you dont, which was a complete lie. When l called my insurance, they confirmed what l know that you don't pay for annual physicals. When l explained the insurance policy about copay to the office, they refused to give me back my money. Dr. Shah herself told me copay is requured when in infact it was not. They gave me the run around with false excuses why they cannot refund my money. I went back the next day with my insurance company on the phone to explain the insurance policy to them. The office girl then told my insurance that l didn't come for physical but office visit which was a complete lie in the face. I challenged her and told her l would be filing grievance against the office. Shortly after the doctor came out with a $15 dollar reimbursement check. Take your healthcare needs else where. If this doctor and the office cannot be honest about their medical charges, it makes me wonder what else they are not honest about, when it comes to your health.

This doctor literally just wants to suck all the money out of you. She could care less about the patients. Every time I go in she's very short worded & barely explains what's wrong or gives a solution. Pretty much prescribes a medication that won't even work & tells you to come back in a week to pay again for crappy advice. I had a question about test results and she wasn't even available. So the nurse took down my number and said the doctor would call when she got a chance. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK! The whole office is completely unprofessional. I gave this place many chances. I'm currently switching doctors. Save your money and time people

Your staff for the most part are rude! I listened to everything Rose said about a patient! Everything was the patients fault and your staff sucks donkey balls!!!!

A very good doctor who takes care of me and my daughters. She is caring and compassionate but puts me in my place when needed to ensure my continued good health. What can I say Im a typical male. Friendly staff that make you feel welcome and valued.

Dr. Shah is a phenomenal doctor and my family and I have been going to her for years!  She is thorough, efficient, and respects my time. She is especially attention and loving towards my elderly parents, and they absolutely adore her.  I absolutely trust her with the health of my loved ones, which is the highest compliment that you can give someone. If you want an intelligent physician who will take your complaints seriously, I highly recommend going to her. I cannot say enough good things.

No inconsiderate toward elderly

Dr Shah has been my doctor for a while now I would go for a routine check ups mammograms Pap smears but this time it was for a sonogram on my uterus I thought it was a waste of time because I felt no pain but she told me how important it was to have it checked because cancer run in my family . When test results came back it showed I had thick uterine wall lining she told me it was very important that I get a biopsy done I didn’t think nothing of it because I felt no pain she kept telling me it was very important and I needed to have it done so I went and I had it done I had a polyp removed from my uterus which turned out to have cancer in it I was referred to an oncology OBGYN doctor it ended up I needed a total hysterectomy I just came for my post op appointment with the doctor that did my hysterectomy and it turns out everything is fine everything ended up being in my uterus cavity and then I would not have to have chemo or radiation everything turned out to be wonderful if it wasn’t for Dr Shah insisting for me to take care of that much needed situation I would’ve never went I caught the cancer early because of Dr Shah I thank God for her I have nothing bad to say about Dr Shah she is great and she And takes care of her patients like they were her own family God bless her....

Dr Shah is wonderful. Truly cares about her patients and takes time and resources to make sure you are getting the best care. She is always available even after hours She was able to get specialists involved that would help my husband with issues other doctors failed to take care of. Her staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile If we need to see her immediately they make it happen It’s not about numbers it’s about quality care with Dr Shah. Definitely one of our all time favorite doctors

I refer Dr. Shah to a lot of patients and they all came back to me with positive comments about her service she renderd to them. They all appreciated her professionalism and extensive medical experience.
