Appointments run very late. He showed up two hours late to a procedure ... He misdiagnosed my problem and then prescribed the wrong medicine. My last appointment, I waited in the reception area for an hour, then waited in the examination room for another two hours. Ultimately, I became fed up and decided I wasn't going to waste any more of my life on this guy, and left. He did call two days later and gave me a wrong diagnosis. I have since found another doctor and have received proper treatment. Stay away !!

HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY! He does not bother to call and inform patients of test results. I ended up in hospital for 5 days because he wasn't concerned about my lab results, prescribed wrong medication. If he tells you its "Normal" get another opinion quickly.

No, no, no! Do yourself a favor and find another Urologist. The entire office is mismanaged. The staff might be competent, but everybody is so busy that it's a total freakshow! Ridiculously long delays. Dirt and disgusting waiting room. Find another alternative. You're welcome. :)

Dr Tsi . Is my kidney stone dr. For surgeries. He is the very best urologist I’ve seen. Dr say. Has done 4 or more surgeries on my in last 12 years . He is the very best .the office staff is great and hav3 become my close friends.

I was written a prescription for a medicine from my doctor and his office sent it to my insurance to get an approval which was over a month ago, I received a denial for the medications, stating that the doctor should try something else before requesting this medication! I was not informed by the doctor's office of the issue I went to the doctor's office in person and wanted an explanation why I wasn't informed, some office assistant tried to brush me off by telling me that we will call the insurance and get the approval, so I asked to speak with the office manager and I spoke with Layne, which was understanding and she promised that she would take care of the Issue and will call me back when she got the prescription approved! I didn't hear back from her and I went to office on September 5th because again; they don't answer phones, an office assistant told me that they have an approval and showed me the approval they received on August 26th, I asked her why I wasn't called, she said tha

Seeing this doctor was one of the worst experiences of my life. After waiting two hours to see him, he did one quick test, spent 6 minutes with me, and asked me to make a life changing decision without checking all the facts. He told me to strip to my waist and a technician would be with me. I waited another 30 minutes and had a chance to deliberate. I dressed, walked to the desk, and told the attendant I was leaving to get another opinion. I did; I got two opinions. Dr Tsi was wrong in his diagnosis. Since then, I have been notified by his office for more appointments. Three times I have told my story, asked to be taken off their books, and erased from their records. I just received an email - as well as a phone call telling me of an echo gram scheduled for me tomorrow. I am feeling harassed by his office.

I took so many tests and they lost them all he never listens so unorganized he does not care about you he does not know what his doing I took tests over and over still told me have you taken the test I said yes3 times ignored me and said I need you to take this tests I have kidney problems and urinary infections every month I need to know what's wrong I ran out of antibiotics he does not care I talked to administrator but they are so unorganized I'm afraid for them to do anything now 😔😭

Doesn't know what he's doing , I'm worse after my bladder sling surgery. I went to see him for post op appt , he asked me why I was there, ha? What? He asked same questions over and over and NO it's not because of language barrier. Do not believe these reviews that he's a good doctor , he prob wrote them himself. Go see Dr Pietro it's like night and day

The review is for his staff. They will not answer requests, call backs, RX refills. We will be looking for a new Urologist. Total disgrace to medical field
