A "MUST " is to further have all your employees be properly trained from the Front Up.....Crappy system.. I just pity those wonderful Providers working under this company...
dr navero is very nice and explains things throughly. I could actually understand what she was explaining to me.
Doctor Navero is hands on with any of my concerns. I really like her attention to my needs.
This place is absolutely horrible! They demanded I pay $325 before I received any treatment. Turns out, I didn't owe anything for this type of treatment. Fast forward 1 year and I'm still fighting with their billing department to get reimbursed. It's sad that this entire company cares more about money than medicine and providing decent customer service. Small claims court here I come.
I WAS almost a new patient here. I had my appt scheduled and they called me the day before asking to reschedule me as the doctor needed to see a patient in the hospital.Totally understand. So I Rescheduled the appointment, coordinated with my husbands work schedule so he could attend the NEW appointment with me. Then I had to also cancel the babysitter I had already scheduled for that afternoon. So who knows if she could have accepted another job or not.So I received a call yesterday regarding my insurance verification. They were assuming I had a hmo plan and couldn’t find the group number that doesn’t exist. So once I explained it was a ppo plan and just had a copay she said it was fine and hung up.Today I get a call from them asking if I can come in earlier than my appointment, because the doctor had a meeting to go to. I explained that I had to wait for my husband to get off work as we have kids and they begrudgingly agreed to keep the same time but to please come in as soon as possible. So my husband got home, we got the kids ready to go with us and arrived as soon as we could. Again, for THEIR benefit. We sat in the waiting room for an HOUR! All the while they were trying to figure out how to verify my insurance.Apparently the lady that called me yesterday didn’t do it.This is an ONCOLOGY OFFICE. Your NEW patients are coming to you with the fear of “I might have cancer” in their minds. And you can’t respect their time?!!You can’t get your paperwork and verifications in order before my appointment?!Considering you are the ones who asked me to come early?!!!I have never seen such a poorly ran, unprofessional, and uncaring medical office. I am still blown away that you would be so disrespectful of others time, energy, and state of mind.I ended up leaving before they resolved it. Also, they had NO Managment in the office. Apparently when the office manager goes on vacation they don’t have anyone who fills in that role. Come to find out she was waiting for a response to an EMAIL that she sent because the person didn’t answer the phone when she called.I would highly suggest finding a provider who cares a little more about you then them.
I flew in from Chicago to be there for my Mom’s appointment and I’m glad I did. I saw first hand how poorly they treat patients. The receptionist was giving me incorrect instructions and even though I told her 3 times that’s not what the doctor said she kept repeating herself like a robot instead of clarifying the instructions with the doctor. The doctor overheard the conversation but all he did was yell out the correct instructions which is what I told the receptionist was given to me in the first place. That was a clue to never go back but I wanted to give them a second chance. I called to get an earlier appointment because we were able to get the biopsy quickly. The receptionist Vanessa I spoke to was rude and refused to give me an appointment. She said she has to clear it with the doctor first! I gave her my cell number and explained that I would have to fly in from Chicago for this appointment. 3 weeks later they still have not called me me for an appointment nor have they called to give us the result of the biopsy. Thank God I got the results on my own and we will now be going to City of Hope. An oncologist office should have more compassion and care for the patients who are there because they are sick and fighting a battle nobody should have to go through. But this office is horrible at best!
Ask for Dr. Navero. She's the best!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
