I’ve been going to Dr Trev for almost two years and I must say every time I go it is an enjoyable experience and I am always terrified of the dentist. Dr Trev and his staff are so empathetic and gentle and professional. I always appreciate their service. Thank you 🙏🏾

Poor customer service. Every appointment has been rescheduled by the office, often at the last minute. When we finally had an appointment that was not rescheduled, we waited over 30 minutes and was not seen until we asked how much longer it would be. The office staff is rude and makes a lot of scheduling mistakes. My appointment was originally scheduled for Thanksgiving Day. I contacted the office to say, I'm sure that is a mistake. The appointment was rescheduled for the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. The appointment was confirmed the Thursday before the scheduled Tuesday appointment. Monday afternoon, the day before the scheduled appointment, I was contacted to say the appointment was being cancelled because the office was closing early TWO DAYS before Thanksgiving. They didn't know on Thursday that the office would be closed the coming Tuesday? When they decided to close the office, did they care that they had already scheduled customers? Apparently not!

We needed a number of procedures done. Dr. Trevor explained every aspect of the process with such patience and thoroughness that all my fears were allayed. He was kind and had such a gentle and comforting demeanor. Once the procedures were complete, he followed up and was readily available to us. Not to mention, his work surpassed all my expectations.
