Great pediatrician great staff Ive been coming to Dr. Ortuno for 12 years now and he has been great I also love how the staff has been with him year after year and they really get to know you and the patient. Its a wonderful office to go to and I would recommend it to friends and family

Front office staff is terrible but doctors are very nice Helpful attentive. Only reason i keep coming.

Dr Ortuno is the best Hes so friendly and personable my kids love going to see him. Hes also professional knowledgable and always listening the ideal pediatrician. Highly recommend

Very sad to write this but I’m sad and very unsatisfied with their customer service they don’t care about your time ... last week we had an appointment we show up on time they were closed and they never call to reschedule or apologize for the inconvenience.

Took my kid in lady working front office not helpful unapproachable and rude.

They told me to arrive 15 to 20 mins early to fill out new patient paperwork and warned that the doctor was out on medical leave when I asked for it Connie The front desk receptionist said Im going to finish what Im doing then Ill talk to you Rlly? Thats the customer service your front desk gives to new patient she didnt acknowledge us nor speak which is why I asked for the paperwork and I have more than one kid that I had to fill out for...? If you expect new patients why isnt the paperwork ready some work ethics then when I told her about how rude she was she stated Because I have to highlight what you need to fill out Ughh Im rlly tryna be nice to you Dr. Victor you need new staff I just asked for my stuff and left called and changed my kids doctor..not to mention when I left she laughed and said Have a nice day far from a professional atmosphere and I was not rude until after she said Ughhh Im rlly tryna be nice to you Im still dumbfounded by that response I was shaking so bad from anger I had too leave

Victor has been my childrens pediatrician sent 2006... Best pediatrician that you could ask for in my opinion. As well as his Staff.

Love the staff! Love the clean office! Have taken my son there since he was 6 months old and he loved him.

Don't come here if ur child has special needs The Staff for Dr Ortuno are the worst I have ever met. Horrible attitudes very rude for some reason never know what to do or how to do paper work don't know why they even work there. Never return calls get mad when to many questions are asked or if u try to get things done they get mad. They pretty much suck at their jobs,if u need referrals or anything done quick even a question these are not the people for u they take their sweet ass time and get lazy to do the job. These people need to get FIRED !!!!!!! The Dr is ok but the staff makes him look bad these ladies need to understand we have kids with needs and we the parents are their voice to their needs clearly they don't give a shit about that.

I pretty sure our main concern as mom with a pediatric doctor is the schedule's availability from doctor to see you sick children. I have a really good experience with doctor in our first visit for a annual physical exam and the appointment was not a problem of course! The nightmare was when I have to call the doctor to see if he can see my sick child, I was not asking same day appointment, maybe tomorrow or in 2 days. next available appointment in 10 days" ok I asked any referral doctors that a can call "no, take your son to urgent care" wow...not even the option to call next day for cancellations...I understood they have a call center to schedule appointment...well, the call center is the worst!!You can have an amazing doctor and staff at his office but what is the point if you can not see him when your child is sick. Not like it...I am giving him 3 stars since doctor was really patient with my son.
