Doctor Elena Z. is such a sweetheart. She was very attentive and helpful during my husband's visit. She got us the help that we needed and made us feel like she really cared. Thank you!

Horrible service! All the front desk ladies do not help you!  I arrived and was not greeted I was ignored, so I took a seat. A few moments later another person walked in and got greeted and helped right away. After signing in before everyone else, the next person was called, then the next person after that. WTF After waiting over 40 minutes with nothing, I finally said why have I not been helped and the past 2 people that came in after me have got helped and already left. I needed to use the restroom and I told her that, she didn't care or try to help me. Avoid this clinic at all cost! They need friendly helpful front desk personal. All 3 woman were of no help. This clinic sucks, they need to hire better front desk

My husband and I have been coming here since 2019 and I absolutely love Dr. Adeshara. She is very thorough and never makes you feel rushed even if she has people waiting. She genuinely cares about her patients and has always gone above and beyond for my husband and I. Getting appointments and prescriptions called in is always easy. So glad to have found such a sweet and caring doctor!

Danny and Desire gave the best care . They helped my husband's impacted ears so he could hear again. Thank you, the care was well worth the $$$. Saved us on marriage counseling.

Let me start by saying I've been coming here since they pretty much opened so the customer service a received from one of the Medical Assistants was pathetic to say the worst I checked in and got taken to the back for vitals almost immediately after paying the receptionist. I sat in the room until MELISSA; the unprofessional Medical / Billing Assistant rushed in and without as much as a hi began to tell me they could not do anything for me because of my insurance (which she didn't even have my insurance information correct, yet it was right on my file) but she was in such a rush to get me to leave that she couldn't even get herself to get my information correct. In her, cannot be bothered attitude began to tell me that she would take me to the front because urgent care could not help me get my finger checked. This location has officially lost my whole families visit. PS. My father in law came here earlier this week and the doctor called to give him results of a urine test that he never even took. be careful giving them your information because they'll disclose HIPAA protected information to whoever they well please. Thanks for nothing Vista Urgent Care!

This place is the worst place to have a family doctor. This place is strictly about the business. If you want to see a doctor you need to free up your entire day because they can't organize themselves. The wait time after you sign in is 2-3 hours. The wait time for telehealth gets delayed hours. They don't respect people's time because it's all about the money. Find yourself another primary care doctor. DO NOT USE VISTA MEDICAL. you'll get sick just by being a patient of this poorly run establishment. Rude customer service. The government works more efficiently than this office, and that's saying slot because our government doesn't work.

Francis and Diana are so helpful and professional. I love working with them and so does my company! No matter how busy they are they always make time to help out and customer service is a priority !

I wish I could give this place  ZERO stars, since that's what this place has earned itself. Dropped my elderly mom off because she fell and was in a lot of shoulder pain and the doctor refused to see her without COVID test results. Are you freakin kidding me??! My mon hasn't even been exposed and has no symptoms and the doctor turned her away. Why are you a doctor then?? Picked up my mom who was in tears because she was in so much pain. This place should just shutdown. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere.

So I had an appointment for a physical with Dr. Preeti V. Adeshara. I have to say it was a terrible experience. My appointment was at 10am and I was called in 5 minutes before 10 vitals taken, then taken to my room and prepped for my physical. Ok doing good on time, this is good. THEN, I was left there for an HOUR in the room while this doctor did video call after video call after video call. Never coming in at all. Most people would have left I know, but when you are there you just want to get it done and over with. I finally got dressed when it hit an hour and was on my way out when the nurse says "oh no your next" I was SO over it at this point. The nurse was apologetic and honestly the staff was nice, I mean it wasn't their fault but this doctor is not one I will ever see or recommend. You know it's bad when the girl at the front who is trying to reschedule you says I'm so sorry I thought you had already left. All I could say is how disappointing this experience was and she agrees. I came home and changed my doctor with my insurance. I received a phone call from this doctor and I did not take her call but she left a message apologizing and said she'd be happy to see me, LIKE REALLY?? where were you when I was there?? This was my experience with this doctor, if you like waiting around for long periods of time and have nothing better to do than this is the doctor to see. Good luck!
