Pathetic !!Worst experience in past 15 years. Corona branch staff including manager is very unprofessional. I am with west coast for past 15 years (same insurance) but Corona office is really bad. I am switching to other dental after 15 years. I will not recommend to any of my friends too

Dr Sean was extremely attentive, thorough and did a great job with my cleaning. Very impressed with the results. Way better than my last cleaning at another office. Heydi was assisting and was very nice, and made everything go smoothly. Thanks!

The office is so welcoming! The whole staff along with Breanna recep, Brianna TC & Denise DA are friendly & very organized! *Dr Sean is amazing by taking my dental needs over & beyond to help me save my teeth! First off I hate going to the dentist but every time I come to West Coast dental they make me feel like it's just another routine check. I needed to get some work done and of course I was nervous but the staff there made me feel very comfortable and I actually didn't feel any pain from my procedure which was very important for me. The staff is amazing in particular Denise. she was super helpful and very nice and entered all my questions. Then after my procedure was done she followed up with me to make sure I was OK. Highly recommend this place.

February18,2026 I call Westcoast to schedule at norco office. Person on the phone said i cant have appointment at norco office. She saud i have to be patient only at corona office because my insurance said so,she said. The call center need proper training February 17,2026 Westcoast corona call me to speak to my brother. He busy, I ask if they verify his insurance already. Assistant said she have to talk to him about it. If you give me no respect to bring my brother as a patient im not bringing him in for you. February 16,2026 hygienist appointment was disappointing. At Sean Westcoast office corona California. I asked blonde front desk assistant to check my brother insurance. She turn her back saud I need to make appointment to come check insurance. What about walk-in welcome sign.

Anali and Denise were so nice and gentle and warm with my son, making him feel calm and comfortable as they took care of him. I would definitely recommend these ladies as they create such a welcoming environment.

I had a great experience with Michaela the hygienist on 2/9/26. I received a deep cleaning and she did a fantastic job all around. The service she provided to me from start to finish was top tier and I would highly recommend her. I hope I can request her for all my future work. Stay awesome 🙏🏾
