Yvonne D'sylva's Online Review Report Card

I am only giving 1 star because I have to in order to post a review but you should NOT take your baby with DR. D'Sylva! She scratched my baby with a needle while giving him his 2 month vaccinations. She even said a weird comment about "giving poison to a baby and they wouldnt know, they would still drink it"? Like who says that? I have never heard a doctor make a comment like that especially when giving your baby a oral vaccination at the moment! Shes not gentle at all when checking my baby. She's reckless. If she accepts new patients is probably because she needs them from how irresponsible she is. Dont go there period.

Love the way doctors are with the kids, friendly nurses. Yvonne D'Sylva has been my 3 children doctor for over 10 years.

Dr D’Sylva is an amazing pediatrician. I moved far away and will still make the long drive just to go see her and make sure my son gets the best medical attention.My son had gotten sick and she called several times within a week just to check up on us and see how we were doing. Office staff is very friendly, it’s always clean and they’re very attentive to everyone.

I recently brought my LO to get vaccinated as she was behind on her shots. I was very anxious about how the Dr. was going to react about my daughter being so behind. After explaining and expressing all of my concerns and reasoning, she was very understanding and very sweet about it, and made me feel comfortable with her suggestions and recommended a plan to get her caught up. She never once scolded, bullied or made me feel bad in any way. My daughter absolutely loved her.

Dr. D'Sylva has been my kids' pediatrician since the day after my daughter was born. Due to some complications, my daughter had to be moved to a local hospital with NICU. You don't know the horror of having someone come in to tell you that your newborn baby has to be taken from you. At that moment, Dr. D'Sylva was the doctor on call at the hospital and had been quietly monitoring our daughter until the moment she decided that my daughter's lungs were not clearing up as they should and needed to be moved to the NICU. When she walked into our room, a close friend was visiting and recognized her immediately as she was her kids' pediatrician as well. Knowing our friend approved, who doesn't easily give glowing reviews, approved of Dr. D'Sylva made us more at ease. Even as she told us what was going on with our daughter, despite that initial feeling any parent would have, she was immediately putting us at ease. My daughter spent a week in the NICU and Dr. D'Sylva constantly checked in on her despite the fact that we weren't officially her patient yet and were at another hospital.Since then Dr. D'Sylva has been our pediatrician and we have been more than pleased. Yes some times we have to wait longer than we want at her office, but what doctor's office is perfect. She has a great way with kids and is able to calm them even when giving shots. My kids simply adore her. Never have I seen kids so happy to go to the doctor's office as mine but the moment we say Dr. D'Sylva they are excited. She also returns our calls, even some of the dumb first time parent ones, promptly.One last thing that I appreciate with Dr. D'Sylva is she gives us options. To often doctors seem to try force you in one direction or another, but she has always given us pros and cons of any option faced before us.If you searching for a pediatrician for your children, then I would highly recommend Dr. Yvonne D'Sylva.

Awesome Service

Been going to this doctor since I was born Anna Im about to be 21. All the doctors and nurses there really get to know you and will actually listen. Sometimes the wait is long during flu season but recently theyve stepped it up really well and Im normally in and out within 20 minutes. I love them

I love all the doctors here in this facility. Most of the time I can get a same day appointment. My three girls have been seen all at the same time.

I love dr D'Sylva and dr Jackson as well!!! But Melissa who is at the front desk ruins everything!!!! She has such a bad attitude every time I go there!!!
