I would & do recommend Dr. Pallia to everyone. He is a skilled and knowledgeable surgeon. I've seen him for a few different problems and have always gotten great results, better than expected. His office staff is great, too. They are friendly and their customer service goes far above and beyond any other offices I've dealt with.

Terrible experience with Dr. Pallia. He was very dismissive and disrespectful of my young adult daughter and utterly useless in diagnosing or treating her. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Had a consult for my young adult daughter. He was dismissive and disrespectful. He does not listen and has NO beside manner. He was absolutely useless in diagnosing or treating her. Would definitely not go back or recommend anyone to see this doctor. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

Dr. Pallia performed arthroscopic surgery on my knee with torn femoral cartilage and meniscus damage in May of 2019. I have now been back to 100% pain free activity since the start of 2020.We had a discussion about progress I was making prior to the surgery. He said, if you are progressing let’s hold off on surgery and you can come back in 5 weeks for a follow-up.He was clear and honest. The surgical repairs have allowed me to get back to surfing with 100% confidence. I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Pallia. I highly recommend Dr. Pallia, so much so that my father subsequently had an extremely successful shoulder surgery with Dr.Pallia.Thank you Dr. Pallia

I am 55 years old and suffered a Bicycle accident on March 22, 2020 breaking my left wrist, was taken to Coronado Hospital's ER and was lucky to have Dr. Pallia see me next day at his office, Very professional from the beginning, he scheduled my surgery for four days after,, surgery team was great as well, surgery went so well that I did not required any pain medication after surgery, this was my first and hopefully my last broken bone, Dr. Pallia has magic hands, definitely the best, Thank You Dr. Pallia, you deserve 10 stars not 5!!!

Dr. Pallia is an amazing orthopedic. I see him for my shoulder and knee. He took his time to understand my orthopedic needs and explained various treatment options for my injuries. He is straight forward, gives his undivided time, and does not rush through visits. My 2 injuries are complex and he gave me the sense that he really cares. Highly recommended!

Dr. Pallia has done two total knee replacements for me, three months apart. In hindsight I think this is best approach, to do them one at a time, because recovery is much easier with a working leg. I am thrilled with how functional and pain free my artificial knees are. I am going back to Dr Pallia! He is conservative (starts with the least invasive therapy) and extremely ethical. He's not the most "chatty" doctor I've had but I prefer his practical, honest and direct communications.

Dr Pallia is “head and shoulders” above the many Dr’s I have dealt with. His explanation of a condition is complete and understandable. His team is outstanding and caring. I give him my highest recommendation - there are few better!
