Giving 1 star only because no option to leave zero. We received a call from this office and was told that my daughter's Doctor referred her here. The person that called us told us that our Doctor was "very concerned " and that my daughter needed to be seen right away. That was a surprise to us since my daughters Doctor did not express and serious concern. She told my daughter she could get her in for an appointment the next day. My daughter scheduled it but when she got home she realized she had a test she needed to take online at that time. My daughter called this office first thing in the morning to see if she could cancel and reschedule. The receptionist ( which was the same person who scheduled her) replied " if this is how we are starting off you are going to need to call your doctor and get a different referral. She proceeded to tell us the cancellation policy and basically ripping into my daughter. We sat there speechless, we apologized and tried to explain we did not know about the cancellation policy which she never mentioned at the time of making the appointment. I told her she was being very rude and not professional by the tone she was using, asked if we could speak to the office manager. She stated she was to office manager and proceeded to tell us she has been working there for 10 years and that we wouldn't be seen at this office, to get another doctor. Never in my adult life have I ever encountered this level of rudeness from a doctors office. My daughter was speechless , she had called off her Bluetooth and Myself and my other daughter hear the entire conversation and all 3 of us stunned by how this person flat out lashed out at my daughter. I know of my daughter knew if it was impossible to reschedule and cause any inconvenience she would have emailed her professor and explained her situation and see if she could redo her exam. There was no excuse for the receptionist to lash out like this, my daughter couldn't even speak after the receptionist immediately reacted rudely. Completely shocked by this incident. By no means would I have my daughter be seen at this office ever. Honestly very disturbing.

I have had several skin procedures with Dr Pedrotty and all of them have had exceptional results. He and his assistant Jessica are a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend their office.

Dr Pedrotty has been our doctor for nearly 20 years. During these years, we've found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and above all, caring. When we have a medical issue, we know that Dr. Pedrotty won't quit until it's been solved. He knows the right tests to order and the best doctors to refer us to if necessary. We've recommended several of our friends to him who are equally impressed. He even will answer the phone if his very personable and efficient nurse and office manager, Jessica, isn't available. Late on a Friday afternoon, I had left a message that my husband had a medical problem. Dr. Pedrotty called back and said he would wait for us to get there to see him. This is just one incident of his dedication to his patients. Make no mistake, he'll tell it to you as he sees it. He's been right on in diagnosing several health problems that have been missed by other doctors. I'm very grateful that he's our doctor.

I have been a patient of DR Pedrotty for over 25 years and would go nowhere else for my healthcare. He has treated me for several skin cancer episodes that probably would have been missed by most GP doctors. His surgical removal of these cancerous growths has left almost non-detectable scars. His surgical skills are on par with even the most skilled plastic surgeon.His referrals for both me and my wife have always been to top rated Doctors in their respective speciality fields. Being a Navy veteran myself I appreciate DR Pedrotty's no nonsense approach and upfront manner, he will tell you like it is. His front office nurse Jessica is the best, always cheerful and making you feel welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend DR Pedrotty without reservation and he will be my Doctor for as long as he is in practice.

Dr John Pedrotty is THE DOCTOR you want for outstanding care! Totally professional and knowledgeable. He cares about his patients. He makes immediate phone calls for referrals to specialists for you, while you are in his office. I had over 6 months of painful sciatica then called him. I saw him within 2 days, he arranged an MRI, he explained the results to me, called a radiologist for a CT guided lumbar epidural injection all within 2 weeks! I'm totally pain free! I've never had health care this thorough and timely. He and Nurse Jessica are an awesome team! See Dr Pedrotty if you want results -- HE IS A "BULLDOG" FOR HIS PATIENTS!

I was referred to doctor Pedrotty several years ago when my previous doctor stopped accepting Tricare insurance. I have been consistently impressed with the excellent level of service from Dr. Pedrotty and his nurse Jessica through out the years. I've always been accommodated for all of my appointment needs. Dr. Pedrotty and Jessica are very attentive and I truly feel valued as a patient!

I have been diagnosed with major health issues for the last 25 years. Diagnosis such as chronic hypertension, weight gain, constipation etc. I have been seen by nephrologists, and other health care providers who have not helped me in anyway, except to keep me on the many prescriptions that I have been on. In January I had my first visit with Dr. John Pedrotty, he took charge of my care by simply telling me that if we did not get control of these issues I will definitely have a stroke or some other major event. That’s all it took for me to trust him, he was honest with me, and I appreciate that in a physician. Not only that he helped my blood pressure numbers go down significantly, by just adding the right medications, and weight loss. He did this in 2 visits. Dr Pedrotty succeeded in doing this, while the specialists failed. I don’t give reviews too often, but this mans care, honest, skills helped save my life. He doesn’t mind sitting with you and checking everything that needs to be done without looking at his watch. Dr Pedrotty, and his excellent nurse Jessica work very hard in this practice, and for there patients. It’s very difficult to find a caring physician who cares, and my family, and I fully have faith in this man. I fully recommend him. Thank you Dr. Pedrotty, and Jessica.

Went there once and got scheduled for the follow up after blood work, I'm not sure why. Couldn't get bloodwork done due to busy personal schedule. Later on I was called by his secretary with sooooo much attitude, that it appears that I missed my appointment, that I didn't schedule. Later on collection calls for $25. Stay away from crummy unprofessional service of John Pedrotty and his rude and unprofessional stuff.

When I moved to Coronado almost two years ago I made a few calls to find a doctor who was accepting patients and after several days and 3-4 attempts at various offices finally got my call answered by Dr. Pedrotty himself one afternoon when his excellent nurse Jessica happened to be out of the office. Amazing! a doctor who actually answers his own phone because he cares about his patients who may be calling! He immediately got me in and did a complete physical workup on me taking great interest in all my concerns and addressing them all. We spent maybe an hour on my first visit. I felt like I had for the first time in my life found a doctor who actually was going to help me get the most out of my health! This has proven to be true as we continue to work through my many issues accumulated over the past few years. Dr. Pedrotty is a lucky find. His nurse Jessica deserves mentioning too as she is ultra efficient, helpful and knowledgeable!

This is a great office for adults and children. I called Dr. Pedrotty’s office after my four-year-old son stepped on a contractor’s pencil, and had the graphite/lead stuck in his foot. His nurse, Jessica, scheduled him within two hours. Dr. Pedrotty and Jessica were amazing. They took great care to painlessly remove all of the pencil’s pieces from my son’s foot, and never once got frustrated with him for his tears or struggles. Jessica called to check in on him the following day. I had already been impressed with this office for my own appointments, but this visit for my son was incredible. The office does not do child vaccinations, but for pediatric sick or small injuries, I would highly recommend Dr. Pedrotty.
