Laura Petrovich's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Petrovich is a very nice doctor. I’ve known her for 4 years now and watched her take very good care of my client. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a patient, kind, knowledgeable and dedicated doctor.

Dr. Petrovich is a phenomenal doctor. She has a genuine care for the patients she serves. She does a great job listening to the concerns that patients have and is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the care they need. I would trust her to take care of my family.

Was not even able to make an appointment. Was told by reception that this office hasn't accepted new patients in months. Was also told that new patients keep calling and keep getting turned away. I know we are all busy and there are always excuses but it takes 5 minutes to remove yourself from the TRICARE doctor availability list. It's rude and lazy and shameful. Dr Laura Petrovich & Staff - Be embarrassed.

The office is okay. If you want someone on the island, it's a better office than others we were clients of. I really like the NP and saw her primarily. Only saw Dr. Petrovich once despite the fact that my daughter has extensive medical needs. We felt very over-looked and instead of the doctor ever looking at her chart, we had to push for things to get done. I also agree with the other reviews that I was not informed of insurance issues, which I feel I very clearly stated once we changed carriers after a year of being a client. We have now changed to a doctor off the island and have received better service.

I cant say enough about Dr. Petrovich and her office staff. They have been by our side since the day our daughter was born! They have seen us day of when both baby and I were sick, and Ann at the front desk has always been helpful and gotten back to me right away. This is a great office with excellent care and attention for each patient.

I’ve been calling this office for 3weeks now and STILL no answer or call back this is ridiculous!!!! I tried to give this doctor a chance because I hated my previous doctor but I can’t even get someone on the phone to make an appointment!

Dr. Laura Petrovich and the Nurses are awesome. They are great to worked with. My issue is the customer service Ann, who answer the phone. she dont know what she's doing, she need more training and she's rude. I am giving 2 stars to Island Family Medicine of Coronado, San Diego because of her and i hope that they look for another customer service who's more friendly on the phone and in person. I like the other lady who worked there before 2 years ago maybe, Ann is not just worth it.

The best primary doctor, she took a large bump out of my leg, great job!

Everything is good

Had an issue with a misdiagnosis at a local urgent care facility and a friend told me to call Dr. Petrovich on short notice. She was pleasant and took a proper history over the phone without hesitation she helped me get a referral and into the specialist the same day since it was something that couldn't wait. She knows her stuff. Not sure why people are writing negative reviews which seem to more or less related to insurance company issues.
