I went in for an emergency visit to extract a glass sliver that was embedded in my foot. I was treated at the appointed time by a solid group of professionals and left without the embedded glass sliver. A seamless process! Highly recommend Carbon Health!

Fast, friendly and professional. I was traveling and away from home and Carbon Health was exactly what I needed.

I loves this place. Felt at ease in the office. Everyone is very friendly and funny.

Jake was in charge. He was amazing, funny, super efficient, kind and he made our last minute international travel plans possible!

After waiting for 3 weeks for an appointment,I was sent away simply because I don't have a credit card on file ,I understand this policy,but I've already been there paying cash ,I wasn't informed in any way that policy changed till I came to check in ,and especially after my insurance called the place to tell them that my co pay is not more than 5 dollars,they sent me away and told me next appointment will be more than a month wait ,one staff member was going out of her way to make sure I'll know how un wanted I am here ..all because I didn't have a card on me to cover 5 dollars I was going to pay cash like last time I was here ...policy or no policy ...staff went out of their way to not care , instead of spending a minute so I won't have to wait 2 months to meet a doctor....

Once you get in the door, the patient care is good. Messaging is a bit slow for medical questions and no easy way to call them and leave a phone message for the provider. That said, my rating is on overall care. :) I do love how easy it is to schedule and reschedule.

Loom for the AT&T logo and you have arrived. The door to Carbon Health is next to AT&T so pay attention.This Urgent Care is convenient with easy parking and open until 7 pm everyday for your needs. My issue was minor. Check-in was easy and service was quick. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Maybe it was my lucky day despite needing medical attention. Thanks to the caring team at Carbon Health!

One of the better experiences I’ve had in healthcare recently. Their front office staff is familiar with technology and handled check-in with ease, kindness, and compassion. Medical staff also was very intentional & clear in their communication and checked frequently for understanding/clarification if needed. They also work well as a team which felt more like a community atmosphere than the usual conveyer belt experience with acute health care needs. It’s never fun to need urgent care, but as a patient they treated me with respect and care and I’d absolutely return for any future needs. I made an appt same-day and there was no wait once I arrived. Their app is really easy to use and provides access to prescriptions, after visit summary, care instructions, and any results if applicable to your appt. Great work Carbon Health!

I was very impressed from start to finish. Was able to book a same-day appointment online for an “emergency” evaluation on a Sunday. The person at the front desk was so professional and personable with everyone in the waiting area and on the phone, which set a very welcoming tone. The nurse practitioner who examined me was thorough and respectful, making me feel seen and heard throughout the visit. She explained her findings very clearly and shared information that set my mind at ease about my situation. I left the office feeling grateful for the care.
