Extremely detailed, informative, knowledgeable, understanding, instructive, and generous with his time. I only wish I had met him years ago. He spent more than one hour with me. He throughly read through all my medications, and past test. He actually listened to what I had to say. I have a lot of confidence in him and all of tge knowledge he has to offer.
Been seeing Dr. B now for 15.5 years. Hes the most helpful, most caring doctor Ive had since my pediatrician when I was a kid. Dr. B focuses on treating the patient to get well rather than over medicating a patient until no end. Ive had doctors like that before. I work in the medical field and see it all the time. I value his many many years of experience. The most difficult thing is hes semi retired to his scheduling is limited. If you call the office phone number after hours it always goes directly to his cell phone. I love that hes always available. His patients are a priority. If you need a doctor who is always in the office and takes walkins, Dr. B is not for you. If you want your Dr. to Love what he does and genuinely care about his patients I could not suggest another endocrinologist.

The worse doctor I ever visit .
Such an amazing person! Not only he is a wonderful doctor with a lot of experience, he is a very kind and caring person.
He truly treat his patients like his family!
My wife and I have been visiting Dr.Behzadnia for over 4 years now because he is the only doctor who's been able to keep my wife's thyroid under control and stabilize it. Before him, we tried many doctors and no one could help my wife.
I have visited a lot doctors for my thyroid and no one could get it under control and stabilize it except Dr. Behzadnia.I could tell from the very first visit that he is very experienced.I feel much much better and I truly feel the difference in my daily life.He is always on time, I usually dont have to wait more than 510 minutes to see him.The front desk lady is very kind and sweet and helpful.
I would never recommend this doctor, he is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. He deceives his patients and misleads them on purpose, its unbelievably sad. So disappointing ...

My son was sick for over a year
Every dr we saw treated the symptoms and sent us on our way. Dr. Behzadnia diagnosed the problem with 3 simple questions. Within 1 week my son was like night n day he improved so much. He is very detailed and knowledgeable. I cannot be more thankful for Dr. Behzadnia being the only doctor who took the time to get to the root cause of my son's illness.
I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I went there on the advice of my personal physician to determine proper thyroid medication and dosage, plus whether using topical testosterone would be helpful in me feeling better overall with less random anxiety, etc. He basically just looked at my blood test results, and would not address how I was feeling, i.e. my symptoms of anxiety and lethargy. He cut back on my thyroid dosage, then found out that the wrong thing to do, and couldnt accept he had made the wrong decision to do so. As an endocrinologist, I thought he would take a more in depth look at my hormone levels (Im a male, retired, over 65) and see how that looked. He did the bare minimum as a physician, turned his back on me when I repeated what symptoms I wanted him to address, and in previous appointments made it clear didnt want me as a patient for any extended period of time. He seems very self centered.
i would never recommend anyone to this doctor. i am dissatisfied with my encounters with him and the tone of voice he uses with me over the phone.

he is only in the office thursday afternoons and saturdays befoe 2PM. i must admit that even though he is rarely in the office, it is still easy to reach him. if you make a call to his office when he's not there, the phone call goes directly to his personal line which is nice. that's basically the only good thing about him.

first off i came here after being diagnosed with grave's disease. it was mild and easy to handle. every visit i have had with him lasted between 5 10 minutes (even my very first appointment with him where i had many questions). when i asked him questions he tends to brush them off with little explanation and i could tell he would try to rush me out of the office.

what i am ANGRY about that most is that i could have easily avoided a symptom due to graves disease if he had answered a simple question i had asked him. he prescribed me 2 separate pills to take once a day 1 beta blocker to regulate my heart rate and 1 for my thyroid. i had asked him how would i feel differently if i were compliant with the pills and what would happen if i didn't take the pills everyday. he said "just take your medicine everyday and don't forget." and nothing else. well.. i was very compliant with the methimazole because i knew it was specifically for my thyroid but i would forget to take my beta blockers everyday (because he had me take it 23 times a day) and i didn't feel any different taking them. WELL.. about 1 year passes by and i started to get symptoms (sorry, i don't feel comfortable specifying it) related to graves disease. when i asked Dr. Behzadnia about it, he asked if i were taking the beta blockers because it helps prevent the systemic effects caused by graves disease. HELLO!! i asked you about this pill before but you told me nothing about it and quickly rushed me out of the office. if you had told me this before i would have made sure to be compliant with the pills and not forget it at home when i was out and about.

recently i moved because of school and i transferred from him to another endocrinologist and changed my physician. both of my new doctors have been calling him for my files.. but he is being difficult and giving me and the doctors a hard time when it comes to releasing my files. i called a week in advance and asked them to mail me 3 of my records .. but only received 1 of them the following saturday. well i had an appointment with the new endocrinologist just 3 days away (tuesday) and the office was already closed. i called monday to ask Dr. Behzadnia nicely if he could fax me over the other 2 files (on bluetooth in the car with my mom) and he RAISED his voice at me. he said that i keep calling the office and that i only asked for 1 of my records on friday and that there's no way he can get me the file becasue he is not in the office. RUDE MUCH!?

i am never returning to see this endocrinologist again and i wouldn't advice you to either. i am simply trying to switch doctors because i moved away and he seems bitter about that.
I have never met a doctor as caring and so knowledgeable as Dr. Ali. I am telling my family and friends about him. He gets a A++.
