The front desk staffs are very friendly and professional ( Elizabeth was one of the two ladies ). I called the office a few times regarding my insurance and Elizabeth is always friendly and nice. Quynh, the hygienist, is very friendly, professional, gentle and very thorough. Very happy with the service provided today .

Best family dental office! Lost my babysitter last minute but needed to come get a crown. Front office took the time and held my son for me during my procedure. You can't get that familial care anywhere else!

I've been putting off a dental visit for at least a decade but finally decided I needed to start taking care of my mouth because I want my kid to have a good example. This is the place to go if you are freaked out like me. Dr John and his team were so incredibly kind and gentle. They were so patient with me as I dealt with my anxiety and the paused immediately each time I asked. They were clear about what they would do and what it would be like. They made every effort to help me have a positive experience (which I have never had at a dentist before). I have a lot of work I need to do to get my mouth healthy, but I feel confident in this team. They don't shame, they just clearly communicate how they can help. There was no pressure to get all of the work done or even started today. I think I'll even get to a point where I'm not having to amp myself up to go to the dentist. Kindness and patience go such a long way.

Their service, courtesy and friendliness is unmatched, and even if my insurance didn't offer coverage, I'd gladly pay out of pocket to have my routine dental care with them over any other place (as a matter of fact, until recently, I had to do that since my previous two jobs before my current one did not offer health insurance). 100% recommended dentist.

I went in the other day for x-rays and to get a tooth checked. This by far has to be the most chill vibe I've ever had going into a Dental office. The staff was extremely friendly and very attentive. Dr. Nguyen is the coolest. He knows what he's doing and is so knowledgeable about his craft that he could teach video course on it! I'm definitely coming back here.

I've always had a major fear of the dentist. My sister referred me here often telling me that they were amazing and gentle. I decided to give it a try and she was right! Everyone is very friendly and understanding of my anxiety with dentist. I've had many bad experiences and I will say this is the best experience I've ever had! I highly recommend them. They are very clean, gentle, thorough and professional! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I went in for a consultation as my tooth was hurting. Doctor and staff were very helpful and welcoming! He referred me to a specialist for root canal but didn't let me go home without putting temporary filling. He made sure I was taken care of and I truly felt they cared for me. I switched from my old dentist to coastal family! I'm so happy to find a place that truly cares for their patient and not just after the money!

I saw Dr. Nguyen a few years ago and I liked the service he did but I since moved away. I moved back to the area a few months ago and I went to him to get a service done. The office made me pay out of packet though I have insurance and they said they will submit documents to my insurance so I can get reimbursed. I was told this process will be taken care of within 15 days from day of service. My insurance called them before I paid and office reassured them and myself that they will get the necessary documents so process will be smooth. It has been over two months and this matter has not been resolved. The office won’t answer my calls and when my insurance call them right after I call, they would answer. My insurance keep asking them to provide the documents so I can reimbursed. The office will tell them the documents will be filled right away and will be sent to them but this does not get done. My insurance gave them fax and mail options to provide documents but it has been empty words. They keep telling my insurance this will be done right away each call and they have called them at least 4 times but it has been over two months and my insurance has yet to receive correct form so they can get paid and I get my refund from the office. Unacceptable, waste of my time and such a hassle. They should have never charged me but they wouldn’t see me until I agree I would pay out of packet. Now I know that was shady and they should’ve just billed my insurance. Makes me think they never had a plans to charge my insurance. Very disappointed and I would give 0 stars if I could based on this experience.
