Don’t go here. It’s not an actual clinic. They can’t prescribe pain meds. Go to Express Med one block west.

My first visit to Exer Urgent Care. The doctor & staff were compassionate and knowledgeable. So glad I found them!

The entire staff is beyond friendly, helpful and attentive . The physicians are extremely knowledgeable and patient and have a tremendous breadth of understanding their clients. Can’t say enough about this office - recommend to everyone!

Love this UC. Easy check in, usually never much to a wait. Today my tech was amazing loved her she was so kind and compassionate. The doctor was knowledgeable and spent enough time explaining things to me. Got the help I needed for an acute illness.

Exer Urgent Care provided excellent service. The process was efficient, caring and effective. It was my first time there and I wouldn't hesitate to return should the need arise.

I wasn't feeling well and was at work with just a sore throat going on. Did a virtual visit the system wasn't working and held for over an hour but I was fine with waiting after all stuff happens. I had called the place just make sure I wasn't forgot about and the girl who answered the phone had an attitude problem, maybe she had a long day idk but I dont treat my patients like they are bothering me so I except the same thing welcoming treatment when I have to go in. The NP Jenn was great on the phone and very helpful. We decided for me to go in after work for a couple swabs to the throat and said I will be expected and she would have everything ready. I go in and the girl In front ask me what I'm there for and I let her know and realized she was the girl on the phone with the attitude and she still had that snotty attitude in person, I explain to her why I'm there and what I need to do and she says to take a seat. The nurse called me back with her. Has me step on the scale takes me to a room and is just as bad and unwelcoming as a front office staff. She says to me I'm going to swap you and then ask me if I know if I am supposed to wait or if I am supposed to be called so I let her know what I was told. She comes back in and says I also need to swap you for something else and I replied yes I know I'm supposed to be swabbed twice. She goes back out and comes back in and ask me what my weight and my height is and I look at her in silence, and then she says oh wait I already did that that's right I remember and then leaves. She then comes in with a tube and says I'm going to go ahead and give you a nasal swab, and I am quiet at that moment and then she realizes it's another throat swab, so she goes back out to get the correct tube to give me a throat swab comes back, Lisa tube on the waiting table. It falls to the ground And she swapped me and put it in the tube. With the exception of the NP being amazing I have to give the facility a one star and not because I want to but because I have to get some type of rating but overall it was bad I will never return to that urgent care again. Correction on the staff. I forgot to mention that Vilma who registered me on the virtual part of it was absolutely amazing as well so Vilma and Jen get five stars in the facility and the staff in that facility don't deserve a star I used voice text for this message, so if there is any incorrect spelling incorrect pronunciation, that's the reason why thank you have a good evening.

My visit here was a 10 plus. Excellent care. Super clean Clinic and very efficient. Very grateful for their care.

1) Not busy like most walk-ins (maybe that will change as word gets out) 2) Got the attention I needed with no fuss or issues 3) Would recommend this place of others I have visited
