The name says it it all Family that how the staff and doctors treat you here. Thank you Dr Gina Nguyen for your help. I would highly recommend her, if anyone is looking for a new primary physician ( she's got high reviews through various medical website that reviews doctors). Staff and doctors are amazing. Thank you for your hard work and thank Dr Gina you are the best

Very attentive staff. Willing to go the extra mile for you. Definitely recommend. They called me after hours to let me know I needed ti seek follow up care.

This place is TERRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!! They gave me a wrist brace and told me I OWED NOTHING because everything was covered by insurance. However, they charged me $75 6 months later!!!! I only got one letter and the next notification was from a debt collector! THIS RUINED MY CREDIT SCORE!!!! I absolutely ABHOR THESE PEOPLE, they are THE worst!!! Seriously stay away at all costs.

Phones are always always always busy. I think they have too many patients to handle. Appointments are available months out. Phone people give attitude and says well phones are busy. The forgetting about sending the medication order and having to see the doctor again to get prescription. Happened to me twice and one time over the weekend with ear infection. I think this is their scheme they do just reading other comments as well. Dr. Memon never told me to book follow up appointment nor cared about my test results, yet when my care manager from the medical group called for referral the office was quick to say I don't show up to follow up appointments. And apparently if one doctor is not working out with your schedule or your performance you cannot switch to another doctor within the practice. And Peggy is a peach! Will be going elsewhere. Stupid office with mediocre service

Walked in last night for acute pain, didn't know what it was. They took care of me, w a shot in the butt and a couple prescriptions I was able to fill and ahhhh that feeling when the pain dissipates... so very grateful to the staff and the P.A. so glad I went in there for care!

I had an appointment today with Dr. Gina Nguyen and it was a poor experience from the beginning. I got there 30 minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork. Then, I was taken to the back and the nurse that checked me in and took my vitals interrupted me while I was sharing with her my situation and she interrupted me and said “Well, did you need something?”. Like if I came to the doctor just because. In my opinion she was just trying to rush and made me feel uncomfortable. After I was checked in, I waited in my room for about 30 minutes for the doctor to come in. Once she came in she didn’t really listen to what I had going on and her recommendation for severe abdominal pain was to get some muscle patches. She then decided to share her opinion on the medication I am on from my GI doctor and that took over our appointment. After listening to her talk for 10 minutes, I asked her if there is a possibility of a serious concern with my kidneys and the pain I am feeling. Her response was “I can order a lab if you want me to”… Overall, I just don’t feel as the patient that I should be having to ask my doctor these questions. She clearly showed no concern. On top of all that, she DID NOT DO a physical exam on my abdomen/stomach. I’m looking forward to getting my medical record in the mail from insurance to see if she “checked the box” that she completed a physical exam. In which, she is lying and completing fraud. It seems the owner responds to these comments and I hope they take it serious and start to care for their patients instead of dismissing them. I absolutely wasted my time today and was super disappointed being they had such good reviews. Do not come here if you’re looking for good care.

I came in Sunday for my 2 year old who was found to have a double ear infection. The nurse practitioners was so wonderful & knowledgeable, and relatable. She was also SO nice with my daughter and explained everything to her as she was doing it. She helped ease this mamas mind.Medicating her has been impossible, so our pediatrician recommended an antibiotic injection, rocephin, to be given once a day for 3 days and was advised any urgent care can administer the first injection. I scheduled a morning appointment today, Wednesday, to have it given for her and came back to this same place since it was such a positive experience the first time. Unfortunately when the client service rep who was very sweet went to ask if antibiotic injections were given for ear aches there, whoever she asked let out an audible laugh while they said no. The CSR was nice enough to give me a phone number for an after hours urgent care after being told they don't give those shots to infants (my daughter is 2, no longer an infant). The unprofessionalism of the other staff member who laughed so audibly at something i was advised about by my pediatrician was hurtful and shaming. It's already hard to be a mom, then to be laughed at and essentially mocked was upsetting and rude. I don't usually write reviews less than 5 stars, but this was so unprofessional and made me feel like a moron for even asking. The 3 stars is because everyone else was nice, otherwise it would have been lower. Be kind, don't laugh at others requests even if you think it's absurd or ridiculous. It's already hard being a mom & being a mom of a sick kid is even harder.

My son had a ear problem it was her first time there everybody was very professional and luckily my son didn't have any ear infection like we thought it was just something very simple and we got help very fast and our doctor was very very professional

Update the website, it's the second time I show up because it says my insurance is accepted and it's not.. It's upsetting
