Horrible practice. I was seen by Laura Jardine. She didn't send over the medication to the pharmacy. Called the office the next day and was told I'd have to pay for another visit. This place reeks of Medicare fraud.

Peter Kim is a great physician but Family Care Centers is consistent in giving poor customer service. I recently switched medical insurances the front desk clerks said she would not even try to look up my information with my social with my new plan. She said I would have to do it out of pocket and then submit the claim to the insurance when they could easily submit the claim themself if she looked up my information or waited until I received my new insurance card because I was under coverage. This has not been the first time I have felt like the front desk clerks could not care less about helping me. I already waited four months for this appointment and she said the next appointment for a physical would be 4 months away without asking me if I would be available for any appointments that were cancelled by other patients. I will not be going back to this location.

Roxanna is a really good doctor. I actually stumbled upon this clinic because it's by my home & she's helped me before. Super good at what she does. Also the new facility on Baker St. is really nice. Very clean, nice parking & the AC keeps the inside nice & comfortable
