I'm honestly surprised this place has bad reviews. I drive all the way from Fullerton to see my doctor, A. Memon, here because they are nice and she's so great.

They caught a spelling mistake in my x-ray order that would have caused a lot of headaches in the future. Took some time to correct, but everyone was so kind. I was incredibly happy with my visit.

Terrible. Esther is extremely rude. Called to try to get information and she gave attitude and hung up on me twice before yelling at me to have my lawyer call them! I called back to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold. Don't trust these people with your medical records. They will deny you your rights to obtain copies of your medical records and x-ray results- a HIPAA violation in the state of California .

Ive been coming here since I was a kid, over 20 years I think. My whole family does as well. Wouldn't trust any family doctor more. Even when I've lived out of state or far away in CA, I've still gone here if I could. Beat doctors and nurses anyone could ask for. Love you guys!

It takes years for them to send a fax over to a doctor . If you need your process to be solved please call them , make sure otherwise your health will pay the price.
