Thank you so much for your help and care during my visit. I really appreciate how you took the time to explain everything and make me feel comfortable. Thanks again! - Maritza Quiñones .
Phone services- No answer , keep putting on hold then it hangs up. Making appointments are usually 2-3 weeks out. I wish services would improve, we the patients have to move to other sites. Thank you.
Friendly people
They took me in even without an appointment. PA Ana really listens and knows how to take care of me, I'm very happy with her treatment and personal touch, I feel like I'm talking to a friend. . I absolutely appreciate and recommend this place.
I really appreciated this doctor office until just recently. They did a very comprehensive physical exam, they were great about filling medications, it’s extremely easy to just walk in and get a blood panel. They also allowed for a phone appointment with the doctor, instead of coming in. The issue came up last week when I tried to refill medications. I was told that the “doctor is on vacation out of the country” and I had to wait until he got back. This didn’t sit well with me, his NPs had filled and refilled medications in the past. Why did they do this before, but I was being forced to go in for an in-person appointment? Honestly, it takes one rude receptionist to make someone choose not to return. And the receptionist working at 2:17 PM on 5/30/25 did that for me. She is the reason I switched my provider and will not be returning to this doctor office. Unless they drastically change their operations, I would advise not choosing this doctor office.
I took the chance on this Dr. He seemed to be a very nice Dr. However, every time I went after the first consultation. I never saw him again. Always his PA. At the first visit I sat with him and his insurance underwriter. They sat me down and talked me into joining there group. I specifically asked. If I was in another state would this insurance work. He and his Insurance guy promised it would. I have 2 residents. 1 in Huntington Beach and 1 in Lake Havasu AZ. Well I was miss led. Now I’m out in Lake Havasu and the insurance doesn’t work. I should have just kept my Medicare as it was.without signing with them. They were not honest about this. Now I have facial shingles coming back after a year. And have no insurance to go to the doctor here. Shame on you guys.
Dr. Beshay is a great doctor. The moment you step inside he makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. My mom favors him as he listens to her and makes her satisfied with the plan of care. You can also do all the labs in the same place, which adds to the convenience and care.
Office staff over the phone was completely rude. They scheduled me an in person visit rather than a Telehealth like I had asked and was told they could do. Day of appointment I called to confirm telehealth and the receptionist said they don't do telehealth calls for first time patients. Instead of apologizing for THEIR wrong doing, she continued to have an attitude and be so unaccommodating or helpful. While trying to confirm they would cancel my appt for that day she hung up on me! Got assigned this doctor randomly when switching insurance but will be changing my primary doctor ASAP.
If I could give this zero stars I would! My loved one was had a poly traumatic event and needed multiple referrals. The office staff consistently got the codes wrong for insurance and was incredibly unfriendly. We had to go in multiple times in person to just ask for referrals. We also felt that Dr. Beshay treated these injuries with no concern at all. He was incredibly nonchalant about the entire event even though we were dealing with a skull fracture plus other fractures. Would NEVER recommend this office to anyone!! Run for the hills!
My doctor is knowledgeable compassionate and caring. He is always respectful and informative but allows me to make the final decision. He's a great doctor and an excellent human being.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
