Dr. Taylor is fantastic! His nickname is the “shot ninja” and you can tell he earned it! My son didn’t even knew he had gotten the shot already. Wonderful guy to meet with, great with kids, and very lovely staff too. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Taylor!

Dr. Taylor is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. He is efficient but also takes the time to ask the patient and parents if we have any concerns or questions. I met with Dr. Taylor when seeking a pediatrician before my first child was born. He has been our family pediatrician since then and I even switched insurance plans this year to make sure my youngest could continue to be his patient until she ages out. Dr. Taylor is very good with student athletes and mental health. I have been able to get appointments needed on an urgent basis; for routine physicals, I recommend scheduling a few months in advance as his schedule for those fills in quickly. Our family has been blessed to have Dr. Taylor as our kids' pediatrician and I highly recommend him to any family.

This has very little to do with Dr. Jeffrey Taylor because we love going to him. This has to do with the office and the staff. Every time we call staff never greets us kindly. We I call they never greet kindly either. I just called, and they rudely hang up without me being done. Every time we walk in staff is very dry particularly the front desk is not very nice like you would expect at a Hoag office. When we checkout its very plain as well. I have only had on lady be pleasant there. Dr. Jeffrey Taylor's nurse is wonderful, we really enjoy seeing Dr. Jeffrey Taylor. We also like seeing Dr. Mann when she's around. The staff just is not very professional, and makes us not really comfortable.

Very disappointed that Dr Taylor started charging everyone a $150 annual fee. If you don't pay it they keep asking for it over and over. Had to find a new doctor.
