I've been very impressed with Dr. Jeon as my PCP. He's incredibly thorough—taking the time to walk me through test results in detail and made sure I understood everything clearly. He has an excellent bedside manner, is respectful, and makes you feel heard. It's also clear that he keeps up with current medical research, which gives me confidence in the care I'm receiving. Highly recommend.

They never answer there phone and the people working reception have a really bad attitude. Honestly surprising, I thought they would act more professionally

Dr. Joen is very patient and truly gets to know his patient. 4 months later I wish to retract my statement. Not sure if it is the doctor or the Hoag system. Does not respond to messages on their portal. Not responsive......
