GO FOR HAIR REMOVAL NOT BOTOXI usually go to Skin Spirit in Costa Mesa a place that actually focuses on Botox and filler but due to money, I needed a less expensive option. I am bummed I came here...I wish I remembered the nurse's name but I have never had botox hurt so much (I've been getting it for 3 years I know how it's supposed to feel)...also while she was doing my forehead I could tell it wasn't going in all the way by feeling the botox dripping down my forehead (never ever have had that happen.. waste of money) such a waste of product and my botox didn't even set or last. It was still pricey so I am very sad about the waste. I will be returning to my regular botox place in the future. I blame myself for choosing a laser hair removal place, not a med spa.

Love this place. I'm in and out in minutes. Front desk staff is delightful. The technicians are super sweet and make the uncomfortable positions and treatments feel normal so you're comforted and not embarrassed.

I wanted laser hair removal for so long and finally decided to invest with LaserAway! I bought the package worth $7,500 and had a pretty pleasant experience but was really saddened by the end of my treatment to realize I probably should never have gone. I have a hormonal disease called PCOS and told the clinician nearly every session I went to that I had it. It wasn't until my final appointment that I was told that hormonal changes can completely reverse hair removal results. I have found this to be true and after what I was told would be enough treatments for total permanent hair removal there is only a slight difference. Thousands of dollars down the drain! I wish I would have been told this earlier so I could save all of that time and money.I'm sure its worthwhile for most women but I'm sad that I wasn't informed about the risk of it not being permanent. Wish I could go back for more sessions to achieve the results I was wold I would have but I just can't afford it. Friendly staff and great clean environment, though!

Worst decision ive ever made! scammed out of thousands of dollars for services i did not receive. I was just looking for tattoo removal services, and now im being hit with a debt collection. I would not trust this business.
