Great medical office with nice Doctor, nurse and staff. Dr.Kariya is very doctor. Highly recommend.

These people honestly harassed me for sitting in the parking lot. This is a very low class area. I would never suggest visiting this place, even worse, asking for any of their services.

At 9 this morning the were supposed to send my Prescription to my pharmacy I drove here after work it wasn't sent the pharmacist sent a request I called them as well and they said they would send it right over I waited here over an hour they never sent it when I called in again they said it was too late to get it tonight I'd have to do it tomorrow so now I get to come all the way back to this pharmacy Completely irresponsible office personnel this should have never happened

Terrible experience with Dr. Chun . I was scheduled an appointment for today to come in and see him to get a piece of glass removed from my foot. He literally told me he can do nothing and will refer me to a podiatrist. Ha. What a joke. He did nothing then got offended and stomped out because I asked why I even wasted my time to come in. Waste of money and time. I'm surprised memorial care allowed him to hang his license here. Go to ANYONE but him!! He will just send u to someone else. I could have just scheduled a different appointment myself. Idiot.

4 stars because Dr Chun is amazing. I usually have no issues there but knocked off a star because the staff there lost my pre op check list and took over a week to respond to some of my messages. I requested a pre op appointment September 1st and wasn't actually seen until September 27th, cutting it way too close to my surgery date. If there's any appointments you need before a certain date, start the process as early as possible.

Unprofessional people on lab, they take you whenever they want But if you are not ready they take the next person I arrived at my appointment 2 min before they called me 15 min after unfortunately got an emergency call and after 1 min I went back and they didn't take me So I had to wait from11:20 to 1:40

Let's just say it's nice an office visit can turn into a great experience ! Dr. Garcia is amazing, he genuinely cares and does whatever it takes to solve your issues. My nurse that did my blood draw - Spectacular!!! No one has ever been able to get blood from my arms ( my veins are complicated ‍) and Rhe the receptionist, so very nice ! I definitely want to make this office my primary one ! Great experience and staff here - good job !

I had 2 appointments this Monday the 25th. 1st was urgent care. My PCP told me go to our urgent care. Documented spinal stenosis and degenerative spine issues in neck. Dr Hawani gave or am or showed any concerns for the pain I was in , I’m ordering pain shot it will make u drowsy and I’m ordering Flexaril Which will also make you drowsy. Wait I drove my self here I can’t take shot. OH IT WONT MAKE U DROWSY. And Flexaril is a pain killer ??! I refused shot. Refusing the shot was the 1st thing that came up at 2nd visit. My big toe is ingrown and hurts when walking etc. I saw Dr Urango. I was told with appt person on phone this is procedure day. This dr first words out of his mouth hello. The shot does NOT make you drowsy. Looks like you were seen this am. I’m not going to help you with neck. Let me see your toe. Oh. I’ve seen worse, I don’t see any pus ? Looks a little swollen. I can’t help you today this is a 20 minute visit. I saw he got enjoyment in saying he couldn’t help. I explained when I called appt person I specifically told them it’s ingrown and needs to be removed, no problem Dr Urganocan do it. Again this is a toenail that needs to be removed. This dr sorry only a 20 min visit with a smile behind his mask. I then told the Dr to F off twice before leaving. This “ Dr “ has no bedside manner and needs class In how to talk to people. I sent email to corporate to complain and still waiting on response.
