Great doctor! Great staff! Dr. Munazza Khan has been our doctor since we moved here in 2021. She is warm and kind and so very knowledgeable with a superb bedside manner. The front office with Alma at the front desk runs so efficiently and she is there to answer my many questions and concerns. Thank you Dr. Khan and staff!

I have been seeing Dr khan for about a year since I've moved to costa mesa. The office is easy to get to Great location, plenty of free parking. Dr khan answered all My questions and felt heard. The office ladies are very friendly and efficient. They look very busy at times. Alma at the front desk was very helpful with my insurance questions and helping me with my prescription coverage. I never have a problem scheduling and appointment since I make my follow ups.

Worst experience with a PCP so far. She strolled in very late to our appt (I was the first one of the morning, doctor didn’t show up for 45mins past my appt time). She did my well women’s exam and was not knowledgeable about my concerns. Forgot to ever send me a referral I needed for another doc as well and I’ve called SO MANY TIMES and can’t get anyone on the phone. Oh, and the office also emailed me someone else’s x-ray results. This place is a joke and there is no customer service. And I was extremely disappointed my Dr. Muzanna Khan’s knowledge and lack of punctuality.

Well i had a different experience with this dr khan and the receptionist by the name of alma great people she made my appointment rite away to me they were very professional and dr took care of me since i been suffering with chronic pain thank you dr and hes staff

I just saw that this clinic has only 2 star reviews on google. Must say VERY WELL DESERVED!!! Pathetic customer service. Phone system says they are on break between 1-2 and i called at 12.48 Three times but the system had automated answering machine saying they are On Break. Before that I called around 12.15pm for 9 times (I must repeat 9 times!!!) but every time it would ring a few times and then they would send it to voicemail. 9 times!!! Huh such poor customer service. They have way too many “customers” they are fat and full. They do not want your business. Time to Change my doctor.
