Excellent Doctor, very thorough and kind. Really cares about her patients.

I am no longer a patient of Dr. Love. I was with her for many years and she has a tendency to cancel appointments on a regular basis for family emergencies. When she cancels an appointment it moves me to the back and of the line and I have to wait 2 and sometimes 3 months to reschedule. This creates a unnecessary inconvenience on me and she does not seem to care. It is impossible to talk to her on the phone. Everything goes through her staff which is mostly indifferent. You always need to set up an appointment to talk to her for some minor question. She overcharges the insurance all the time. Once she removed a piece of ear wax and billed insurance $175 for a 2 second "procedure." I am very happy to go somewhere else.

Excellent physican with wonderful care and concern. She provides physicals and sick care. She has been my physician for over 15 years and a true partner in keeping my heath. She is empathetic but professional and efficient. There is not enough I can say in appreciation. Great office staff too.

Caring and compassionate She took her time and asked questions and then listened. She was patient with me when I had questions. My only complaint would be that she is difficult to get an appointment with as she is so booked.

After 10 years, I’ve realized she isn’t consistent in her treatment. Sometimes she’s super nice but most recently she’s been hostile to my needs, to the point that she refused to give me a prescription to monitor a condition I have. Her reason - your insurance company won’t cover it. Yet when I told her I had a previous prescription from another physician, her response was “I don’t know how that doctor got it for you,” as if there was some back end deal. She’s not one who validated that I needed anything. Great with blood work, but always ready to say all is normal. Don’t recommend her unless you only want someone to diagnose. She runs hot and cold as a medical practitioner.

Not good. Refused to provide simple things like monitor or validate conditions or blood work to assure medication was accurately prescribed.

I have never had such a thorough doctor. She gave me more detailed results of past tests than the original doctors. She was detailed and we created a plan to test me from head to toe and then determine next steps to increase longevity and quality of life. She's a terrific listener and has a similar outlook on life as I do. Very satisfied!

Dr. Love never follow up with me about my blood results and now after 8 months, I have big problems with my health and on top of everything I need a surgery that I can't have because she didn't care about 1 of her patients. All she cares is about money( she wants you to make appointments and pay for them with out helping). It is really sad that people like her became doctors just for the money and not to help cure patients. -one star *

Dr. Love is such a caring doctor. She won't stop until she finds answers to your problem. Her staff is always so helpful.

Wonderful doctor!!! During many years, various primary physicians have tried to manage my health care needs. However, I feel very fortunate to be under the care of Dr. LOVE. She is an exceptional doctor who makes time to listen to my physical as well as emotional needs such as when my dad passed away. She is very supportive, knowledgeable and was able to set up a plan to ameliorate my various conditions that have increased as I have become older. What I like best is how she celebrates the small successes of my health plan and sets up the next mini target I need to work on. She is very positive in her approach to doctoring which I really appreciate. Her office is competent and have always been courteous
