Arosa Care is a great company to work for. The office staff and managers are great when you need assistance or questions. They are quick to respond anytime you call. I really like that they appreciate the staff and have get togethers every month. Great company to work for.

Arosa is a great place to work The staff make a great team and are always friendly and welcoming. I’m grateful to Arosa for giving me the opportunity to work a flexible schedule and for allowing me to care for our special clients. As a caregiver I feel appreciated. Ive been an employee of ArosaLivHome for 10 years working through 4 different offices.One of the good things about this company is your pay rate depends on the clients needs not just a set hourly rate. Theres also a different pay rate for couples than for single care. Ive never experienced that with another company Ive worked with in the past.The CEO of the company also calls and wishes you happy birthday as well as companywide holiday acknowledgments.Every since I started with the orange county office they have kept me employed in between clients when the assignment has ended client passed on.I would highly recommend Arosa to anyone looking for a caregiver job.
