I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here. The doctors office is unorganized unprofessional and frustrating to communicate with. I’ve had important documents not signed by the doctor that I’ve needed, I’ve been told surgery dates from this offices receptionist that did not exist and they did not hold themselves accountable. I’ve seen the doctor answer her cell phone before entering patients rooms ‘ and I’ve had to continuously advocate for my care. I’ve gotten a second opinion elsewhere that made doctor seem foolish, impersonal, and straight inferior to other medical professionals recommendations. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Rakhshani has been my doctor for well over a decade. She has always been knowledgeable and has a kind, bedside manner. I feel comfortable discussing my health goals and concerns with her.

There's got to be something wrong with Dr. Rakhshani. She mentally is not all there since she knows so many patients are unhappy but still keeps this degenerate Jennifer answering her phone calls. When I brought it to Dr Rakhshani's attention on how Jennifer is very rude she said she keeps her because she trust her! Jennifer is a single mother who is very unhappy! A little history about her is that she was a lady of the night for a while until she got arrested and found her way in the medical field. She's had a very rough life. At one point she was homeless however that does not give you the right to treat patients like dirt! I'm sorry Jennifer but you have no excuse to be such a jerk just because you've had a bad life! Dr. Rakhshani shame on you for having this horrible woman treat your patients like crap. I'm sure your business is suffering because of it. Do yourself a favor Dr R! Get rid of the lady of the night! If she goes back to the streets, oh well it's not your problem! Jennifer it's time to leave your receptionist job and go back to the streets where you belong rough lady!

Worst front office employees. Trying to get some one in the phone average hold is more then 30 minutes. Very rude and unpleasant staff. Stay away from this doctor if is possible. Good luck getting help . from her office..sh

I always understand if the staff busy. This office is ranking the worst of the worst .my wife and my daughter both are the patient of Dr Rakhshani for more then 8 years.they like the doctor but front office lady is the rudest, unpleasant person to deal with. She's very disrespectful to patients. Also for the last 8 years most of the time when we call the office she put you on the hold for more then 30 minutes. Sometimes we have to disconnect and call again. Once I called them I front of office to see what happens even she was not doing anything and playing in her phone she put me on hold for 15 minutes .stay away from this doctor.

I love Julie at Dr. Rakhshani's office! I was running late at work and called to see if I could move my appointment back and she did immediately! Then traffic was bad and I called a second time to update that I would be late again 😮and she said to come! I'm so happy with Julie's accommodating me! I appreciate it so much. Thank you!!!

Dr. Rakhshani, I hope you read your reviews. It looks like many patients have left the office due to being mistreated at your practice by Jennifer. If she's in charge of training new front desk team members, she sets a TERRIBLE example of how to "help" patients. After dropping off a personal note closed with medical requests for Dr. Rakhshani to read, the person who took it from me opened it and asked if I wanted to wait or pick it up later- I politely said I'd pick up before they close. I called 15 minutes before close and was placed on a hold for almost 10 minutes- so as I was waiting on hold I decided to drive over to pick up my paperwork since I had a feeling I wouldn't get through. When I walked in Jennifer said she knew I was the person on hold since they've got caller ID, and proceeds with her snobby self. Us patients are going to Dr. Rakhshani for medical purposes with SENSITIVE issues/concerns and the last thing we all need is someone to make us feel like an inconvenience. We are fighting are symptoms bad enough and when the lead front desk person is ridiculously RUDE to us, it's NOT GOOD FOR OUR HEALTH. I left SO upset from the way I was treated my heart was racing and when I was able to calm down; I called and asked Jennifer directly if she treats everyone this way or if there is something I did to be treated this way... not only did they INTENTIONALLY put me on hold for 2 separate calls.. called back in the 3rd-and the CRAZINESS continued. Her immediate response was "wowww." Some words along the lines of "if you don't like it here you can go somewhere else ma'am! I have 20 other things going on and we want to go home ...." Needless to say, she went ON AND ON about how much she has to do and how frustrated she was to be there.. nobody needs to hear excuses Jennifer.WHY would someone work at a facility they are OBVIOUSLY MISERABLE to be working at!? Get another job if you're going to treat patients so disrespectful! I'm seeing a LOT of patients have left to be treated better elsewhere, it's a bummer because I really enjoy Dr. Rakhshani's care... wonder how many people have stopped going in due to this same issue.Consider yourself well advised if you decide to try and get through this rude gate-keeper of a receptionist.

Been going to Dr Rakhshani for many years. She is professional, efficient and values her customers time. The office is very stylish, clean and COVID compliant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located to Hoag Hospital too.

I love Dr. Rahkshani . I have been going to her since I was 15 years old and I would never go to anyone else. She is thorough in her work and makes you feel safe and helps you through any women issues you have . Highly recommended
